  1. Trump attempts to blame Obama for Coronavirus test kit shortage https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/mar/04/donald-trump-obama-administration-coronavirus Stable genius crisis leadership.
  2. You can add anti-science
  3. The Sanders/Clinton war also helped (Plenty of Sanders folks, sitting out the Presidential election)
  4. Well, people voted for Trump and his one-liners
  5. I completely endorse Do or Die's proposed strategy, which seems quite sage to me. Although Joe needs to throw in a few more platitudes. Sincerely, Justin Trudeau
  6. And no, I don't believe that it is simply a person virtue contest vs Trump. Because, pretty well anyone would beat him in those qualities. I simply laid out what Biden has to do tacitly. It is also only one half of the equation . Needs the VP slot to actually provide some zip and the attributes I detailed in an earlier post. Simply read the thing, and you won't have to bother interpreting what I supposedly am thinking.
  7. I was not assigning qualities to Biden. It was simply referring to what he had to do (as politician) to have some electoral success. Too bad you were too busy with the drive-by, there.
  8. The Biden people must read my posts. Listening to Joe this morning.....all kinds of talk about "decency, honour, character, diversity. equality, teamwork" You know, the stuff that Trump lacks. Yup, "above the fray". Or if you prefer,....Make America Nice Again.
  9. Misplaced affection. Actual (angry) Republican voters came through with a protest vote.
  10. Warren sure helped put the kebosh on him
  11. Well, nobody really wanted to "get behind" morons like Jeb Bush, Rubio, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, et al.
  12. Biden is simply the "business as usual" choice for the lobbyists and donor class. He won't rock the boat. Naturally the minute Sanders started to look like he might run away with it.....the ole establishment forces brought the money and endorsements flowing, just before Super Tuesday. Loosing Texas, in particular has put a brake on Sanders's momentum. Biden actually looked wide awake, speaking after the vote, last nite.....he is alright when married to the teleprompter, but speaking off the cuff, is a challenge. The VP slot for him is vital.
  13. Watching ZC in Sask....he had the look of somebody, who was just beaten down, and just looking for the exit sign. Couple of real sad interviews, as well. Thought he might be done. You see him in interviews, here.....and he really looks like he has the mojo back. Hope he can stay on the field.....and keep drinking the good water.
  14. Well, Biden is a bread pudding, past its expiry date. His VP choice would have to do a lot of heavy lifting. But at least.......Biden is not a loudmouth, bulling, blustering, raging, malignant narcissist. Quite a difference as far as the potential damage, to America.
  15. So, Trump's big drawback as supposed leader of the free world...... is that he is horrible at verbalizing? Inaccurate and simplistic. But in fairness, probably deliberately so,
  16. He doesn't value much of anything. Your willingness to always deflect from Trump's obvious bluster and ignorance about just about any topic, under the sun.........is pretty well Pavlovian, at this point. Now it's time to leave the capsule if you dare.....
  17. Not hard to figure out the Trump crisis playbook - whatever happens, you can pretty well count on: Bullying (shooting messengers, in his own administration, who embarrass or merely contradict him) Deflections (blame the Fed, Immigrants, Democrats, Media et al.) Spinning (especially whacked out conspiracy theories) Lying (about virtually everything at anytime, anywhere) Bombast dismissing serious issues (“hoax”, “witch hunt”, "Presidential harassment")
  18. If Biden is the nominee, the VP slot needs to provide help with what he lacks and where he needs it: Passion Articulation Aggression - willing to be attack dog on the election trail. (Still think a feisty woman candidate is the way to go here). Biden can then cruise "above the fray" and simply provide the experienced and nice guy/reassurance as a Trump antidote
  19. You certainly need some feisty out of the VP slot with Biden. A sop to the progressive wing is also required. Harris is not a bad fit. Besides, just about nothing triggers Trump... like a woman who speaks her mind.
  20. Biden-Warren?
  21. Yup, nothing but crickets from Obama, so far....
  22. Buttigieg and Klobuchar will waste no time endorsing Biden, as the stop Bernie movement moves on to another level. Obama's phone rings off the hook, with calls for him to endorse Sleepy Joe, as well.............
  23. One must be willing to acquire wisdom, from a plethora of sources....
  24. Truly a Hessian with aggression....
  25. Good thing it wasn't a game in Montreal..... 😉
