Mueller also has the CEO of the Trump organization talking. Between those two, he will have the paper and electronic trails and tapes on a whole bunch of sewage, under the lid. Having already plead guilty to a slew of federal crimes in a separate case in the Southern District of New York in August, and also implicating Trump in the nondisclosure-payment schemes. Only way Cohen can avoid the ole 3 hots and a cot, for the rest of his natural days will be spilling his guts and making sure that Mueller gives the sentencing Judge the high sign. Cohen admitting to lying about Trump’s Moscow property plans, including his plans to travel to Russia and contacts with Russian officials in connection with the project and how long the property plans were discussed within the Trump Organization.....is just the very first tidbit, of a 100 LB "nothing burger" Lost In all the talk about Flynn, Manifort, and Cohen.....is the 30 hours of testimony to Mueller from Don McGahn, the ex-White House lawyer, that could become real problematic.
