Because he's still busy actually coaching.....and Walters is doing player personnel stuff, etc.......so, in theory, Wade can do the "wine 'em, dine 'em" thing on everyone's behalf. I think a lot of people have forgotten that this trio, for better or for worse, work together on pretty much everything. It's been reported several times, that they are all very much on the same page and make most decisions together. I refuse to believe that WM is going behind anyone's back here. Have gotten that vibe, as well......so they can share the blame, as well

So, the new paradigm is to keep total and obvious incompetence around....simply because we do not have a slam dunk replacement process? Do people not understand, that bringing Marcel back and then keeping him through the entire season.....essentially doomed our O, to ineffectiveness - and was the major contributor to our losing record, this year? Firing Marcel is a pre-requisite .....not an option. Yet, still hearing bildge about "how we couldn't do that", during a season. This organization is far too complacent in the tolerance of non-performance. and no, I do not give MOS a pass on this either....or Miller.

Could not understand the lack of roll outs or somehow moving that pocket. Nichols was sacked 6 times and drilled 4-5 times in the act of throwing.....while dropping straight back. But then, I am incapable of understanding a lot of things, these days...
