  1. Sayles fucks up majorly
  2. MBT has missed 4 TD passes
  3. As much as it is raining...both teams have taken turns being awful this second half. Let's see how they can be worse in OT
  4. Why is he talking about us? Did we leave an imprint in his brain by hitting him repeatedly?
  5. But the Bombers always play teams when they aren't playing their best.
  6. That scream on the Acklin touchdown summarizes the horror show that has been the Lks season
  7. Yep. That is the Rider media/fans every year. On a loss: "The refs are worse than ever" "This is why nobody respects the CFL" "The fix is in. x team in the East needs wins because they aren't Canada's team"
  8. Both Calvillo and Khari had otherworldly receivers. Hard to make a comparison.
  9. It's not impossible. I'm just not sure what a resurgent BC Lions team looks like. Their identity seems to be having no running game, poor line play and Lucky Whitehead
  10. Would be awesome but I can't see it happening
  11. No idea why people are getting so uppity about top performer. QB doesn't get top performer without throwing for 300 yards. It's just numbers. We got awarded for scoring 45 points and giving up 0. It's called a win We're just a balanced team so we don't win as many of these.
  12. Honestly I'd take Nichols over Sayles. He's been that good for us. Nichols only mistake last night was being in too good of coverage and stepping on Burnhams foot
  13. Big team win. It's difficult to single anybody out. Even our backups got a lot of good work in this one. Our late game defense was Cadwallader, Gauthier, Briggs, both Hallett etc. Not taking anything away from those boys either. It is actually surprising to me that we don't intercept more passes given how often we're in the QBs face. I think that's a testament to Michael Reilly. He may not be at his peak but he still looks superhuman on some plays, dragging guys to avoid sacks. 1. Our line play. Early on in the game Collaros had the time and he knew it. Picked BC apart. The game was over early. And then on the D-Line they were doing their thing. Sure we may give up the occasional 10 yard run and the TSN guys go crazy about it, but that doesn't last. 2. Brandon Alexander timing up blitzes, making hits, putting the fear of God into receivers. Could probably say the exact same thing about Bighill. 3. Collaros. He'll win MOP. Isn't it basically a lock?
  14. Remember when people were saying that the BC Lions matched up well against us? About that.. I'm not sure I've seen a season series so thoroughly dominated
  15. Might be a game time decision if he is listed as backup?
  16. That was when he got hit from behind right? Not all McGuires fault there
  17. Absolutely no reason we should lose this game. Just need to take care of business
  18. We were the overwhelming favourites to win this game. From that standpoint, squeaking out a win doesn't seem great. But we won back-to-back games (which can be difficult for any team), beat them in their own park twice and won all 3 games. From that standpoint, it sounds a lot better. Edmonton may not be great, but they're not a free space and played a great game.
  19. Bailey was the player of the game for me. Oliveira looked amazing though. Sliced through Edmontons defense and gave us what we needed in the second half. Glimpses of the future
  20. It's all relative. RBs absolutely have without a doubt. They've made a jump since the QB change as well
  21. With Tyrell coming off the roster, you have to expect the Bombers will be keeping that starting american (Hardrick) on the offensive side of the ball. So I see McKnight getting some plays tonight.
  22. To be fair, every team has probably improved. But there was definitely a "jump" we made that happened after the Toronto game.
  23. We are a better team than we were at the start of the season. Our offense has started to catch up to our defense and our defense has improved (especially getting Richardson back). Alford and Nichols have cemented themselves on De'Boundary and Darby has been invisible at SAM (good thing)
  24. Number of Dis is determined by the roster, not the starters IIRC Edit: I think I see what you're saying. But there's actually 6 Americans listed either as backups or kicker
