  1. I didn't really see him do much other then that 16 yard run. But when you're spreading 17 carries amongst 5 guys it's hard to judge. Anderson only got 2 carries and Cotton didn't show well, but again...3 carries or so, hard to say. Our best rusher last night was Marve. To me he seemed to run with good power and vision. You are right about the limited reps though. It's really tough to judge.
  2. Out of the running backs I could definitely see Scott and Randle being cut (Randle may be brought back in when he's healthy for another look).
  3. FWIW the only RB that somewhat impressed me in the running game last night was Cam Marshall. Pretty sure I missed when Anderson and Cotton were running though.
  4. I think Randle is playing hurt. He looked very slow out there.
  5. While the offensive line wasn't going against Toronto's 1s, they did an admirable job I thought. At one point I think it was Tyler, Griffiths, Goossen, Everett and Lewis and it was still working.
  6. Yeah we'll likely see a decent cutdown sooner rather than later after this game.
  7. It sounds like Hurl has surpassed even O'Shea's expectations. So those going by his play last year may not have seen this year's version.
  8. I just overall want to see the defense defend the run better, the offense run the ball better (systematic stuff) and that a couple of players really stand out here and there.
  9. That twitter has been damage control for that decision since the beginning. You're right, they'll have to kick in an actual game first
  10. There's nothing ethically wrong about cutting him. Was it a smart move though? General consensus is probably not. Seems like a rash decision by a new coach trying to put his stamp on the team. We'll see how it plays out for him.
  11. Had no transportation to get there tonight. Hope you all had a good time.
  12. He's a kicker. Don't really see what the problem is with his age until he is unable to kick. BC had basically crapped all over their ratio for no reason.
  13. It's possible both make the team in some capacity (one on the PR). I wouldn't be surprised if Mike Willie ends up leaping Tunei (if he hasn't already). Again, it all depends on the games
  14. His murkyness levels are too damn high.
  15. Is Tuinei falling down the depth chart? I don't know about falling down, more like getting pushed down. It can all change in the pre-season games. But Jhomo definitely seems to be swaying the popular opinion.
  16. Gotta think that Darvin Adams has about locked up a spot on this team the way that he's looked in camp. Gordon possibly leading the way for the next import receiver spot.
  17. Going by tweets Shaq (don't call me Murray or Larry) Richardson is continuing to have a whale of a camp. 2 ints today?
  18. I was there. Me too. That downpour was nuts (the game was almost cancelled due to thunderstorm) and I wasn't dressed for it. Was shivering the whole game and there was nothing to cheer for.
  19. Love the depth this year. At almost any position we can afford to lose someone and it seems like there is a very qualified player to take their place. Not trying to jinx it or anything...
  20. Says a lot about pre-emptively trading your depth away, especially when you have a guy with questionable injury history.
  21. At least with Richards we know it isn't a concussion. Not true. Lower body means "anything below the hair".
  22. Glad you're not the team Doctor lol.
  23. It's always funny hearing about Jordan Reaves. Nobody wants to stick their neck out and say that he could make the team as one of our Canadian receivers. Everything I've heard or seen of him has been glowing thus far.
  24. With camp being slightly less accessible this year (hey, they did their best), we are having to rely on the media a bit more for daily reports. Pretty sure their day at camp goes like this: Show up, sit in front row, note who isn't practicing, talk about their fishing weekend, camp ends, ask Mike O'Shea when players will be back on the field. Rinse, repeat.
