  1. Went for a visit to the Mantario hiking trail unfortunately right when there was a fire ban and the trails were closed. Lousy government denying me the right to burn to death miles from the nearest hospital. This is fascism in action. Buncha commies!
  2. Too bad his hands aren't in the picture. They could have called this guy Knuckles LOL beat me to it
  3. That is very fast, I had no idea. Most I read was along the lines of 'faster than he seems' which is usually feint praise for plodders. I'll take all the speed I can get in a 6'1 receiver
  4. Yes I definitely would too! Those would surpass Woli's numbers by a fair margin and he has the right passport to go along with it. And think of all the promotional videos he could put out for us on twitter! Maybe he could do a backflip while spreading mustard on rye bread at the Touchdown MB social!
  5. So much of the above. For years it's been the position of popular 'liberal' pundits like Jon Stewart, Bill Maher (very liberal for an American but the first to criticize his own sides' shortcomings) and John Oliver that the Democrats are brutal at promoting their own ideas or celebrating/highlighting their own accomplishments.
  6. Which is bonkers because he has been fighting alongside the black community (among other marginalized communities) since his youth. Here he is at 21 getting arrested for his participation in a civil rights protest in Chicago. They were protesting 'Willis-Wagons', essentially cheap unadorned aluminum trailers that were dumped into vacant lots and parks throughout black communities as a solution for their housing crisis. Certainly no one politician is perfect but Bernie is a friggin' paragon of virtue compared to most of his colleagues and counterparts
  7. Apparently in college he was a 3rd down conversion machine and the go-to for his QB in the clutch. Not at all a speedster from the look of it. Still chasing the NFL, I imagine he's here to 'get some film' like every other NFL hopeful trying to use the CFL as a stepping stone. Looks to me like any other UDFA good enough to have a cup of coffee with a couple teams til he eventually shook loose. That could describe Rasheed Bailey once and he's working out great. Only time will tell.
  8. This clips lives in my head year round rent free
  9. I thought Cooper would work out better for us but oh well. Sask is his best shot at starting ever again, his main competition is Kienan LaFrance (no disrespect) and the return man Morrow. Surely he'll be a contender
  10. Get the unfiltered truth at REBEL MEDIA Sorry, Rebel NEWS if I'm gonna **** on them I should at least get the name right
  11. I mean he's an Elk now so it's all talk either way but if he suddenly shook loose I'd hope we pounce on him. UofM products have been working out okay for us lately!
  12. I think the people of Haiti are more concerned about their own government stealing from them. The former Haitian president implemented a flat tax of $1.50 for all calls and money transfers into Haiti over a decade ago, and all funds were supposed to rebuild schools and public buildings. Nobody in Haiti can point to a single school built with this money. The poorest country in the Western hemisphere has bigger problems than the Clinton foundation.
  13. Anything else to go along with 1000 yards and 10 TDs? LOL I appreciate the sentiment guys but we only have one receiver like that on our team and his name is Greg Ellingson, and last time he did it he was 5 years younger. Demski, Bailey, Wolitarsky... have never and likely will never put up numbers like that yet they are highly celebrated around these parts. Shai Ross would fit in great around here with his numbers
  14. Damn impressive. I believe that's our guy Brady O in the yellow shorts
  15. Yep they are undeniably the least expensive grocery store. I was dragged to Superstore enough times as a child that I never wanted to go back. When I moved out I tried... the prices were far cheaper than Safeway but the produce was hit and miss if it was actually in stock. Bakery didn't hold a candle to Safeway (til Sobeys took over, now it all sucks). I think as an adult I only went back for passport photos... I'll go to Wal-Mart for an oil change (if I don't feel like doing it in the Superstore garage that is LOL). Won't even walk the aisles while I wait. Blows my mind people get their groceries there. I guess I'm lucky I don't have to squeeze my pennies together to make them last.
  16. Haha not likely but I did get the idea from an older fella who'd been working on his T-Bird maybe that's him?
  17. Superstore has been a hellhole since I was a child. Literally the only good thing it has going for it is underground parking... great place to work on my car in the winter
  18. You drove a school bus at one point right? I figure that would send me straight to the hard stuff in no time!
  19. Apparently Jones added Barrett to their neg list all the way back in 2014, how could he possibly pass up the chance to prove what a genius he is by starting Barrett and dealing Arbuckle
  20. Secret points to be had like in Super Mario... get 6 points if you score a rouge while a 6 shows anywhere on the game clock
  21. You could employ 1 part-time employee 20 hours a week at $15/hour for 18 months for less than the cost of a single stupid tray on wheels. It had better be bringing in customers
  22. That's crazy talk, you're being crazy
  23. Things on this chart that surprised me: -60 and over having the most 'conclusive evidence' responses -8% of those Green Party voters polled said 'little to no evidence' whhuh????
  24. I would sooner invest in healing crystals and co-ownership of the Brooklyn Bridge
