100% agree. The bit about federal contractors paying migrant workers $15/hour is huge, and not just for those migrant workers; all too often, Agriculture and basically any business not operating within a city can say 'I posted the job at minimum wage and nobody would take it', opening the doors for them to legally hire migrant workers at barbaric wages. That's not at all what that article says. The article says the better the ad did on Twitter, the less effective it seemed to be at flipping votes. I know that's not your statement, but whoever made that statement is a goof or bad at reading.

What a headache for retailers, given next to no notice.
