I don't mind if *some* parks are privatized , would not be happy if they were all privatized. Some people hate change or hate having to pay some money in exchange for a much nicer end result. Look at the city and with the golf courses, people flip out when they talk about getting rid of the courses... they'd rather it run deep in the red so that some old men can enjoy the benefit of cheaper golf rather then going to another course that charges a few extra bucks.

The Jets over achieved this year, with such terrible depth on D and after getting completely hosed on the Laine trade I think the team did better then expected. Story for next season... Chevy needs to pull a rabbit out of his hat to make up for giving up Laine and Roslovic for a very average player. We should of had an extra 1st rounder next year. He definitely is on the hot seat. Maurice is safe for another season.

Braun Strowman is a big cut.... this sure does look like they are trimming the roster for a sale.

It's unfortunate that the series couldn't of ended with a movie with Bruce Campbell. It's not the same without Ash.

Army of The Dead was very mediocre, I find Zach Snyder to be hugely over rated.

I'm amazed that he lasted that long. The amount of drugs that guy did and the insane bumps he took. He did well to make it to 58.

We are in the same boat, it didn't help that my daughter was shy and had only a small group of friends before the pandemic. With the lack of out of school activities, the school having no group exercises and even the simple things such as not having a birthday party a 2nd year in a row has definitely changed her behaviour. I hope they go back to school sooner then later.

Last year our daughter didn't miss a beat with remote learning. The teacher she had was excellent and most of the parents were committed with having their children keep up with the school work. I think it really depends on the teacher and also the parents.

I highly doubt the pizzas will make a return, when I worked at McD's the pizza was such a big problem with slowing down drive thru and the orders inside. What I wish but it won't be... the hockey hero sub those were great. I'm guessing it's the Big X-tra or Arch Deluxe if it's food. Ice Cream it might be the berry / chocolate flavour McFlurrie (I forget which chocolate bar was used).

Odds of restaurants having 33% capacity, the whole population avoiding friends and family, activities being permanently cancelled, sporting events being fan free and all those other goodies which are impacting these numbers are at about zero percent chance of that being a long term culture thing.

Not at all... it's about money. Having your buds over at your house generates very little to the economy. Keeping stores/restaurants open even at a limited capacity is much better for the economy. I do agree though that church should be 100% closed. Schools are open because it's child care to help the working people stay at work. I'm not saying it's morally correct, but to me it makes sense.

I havn't looked into it.. but I imagine that the main card had the least amount of "ring time" ever for a UFC ppv main card. So many quick finishes it was really odd.

It all comes down to budget.... most high end systems that I've used at places that I've worked are in the tens of thousands of dollars and are hard wired and come with a standalone system. The middle ground I've usually seen rooms that have a podium or else the main table has ports to plug your equipment in and the wiring is ran under the carpet towards all of the equipment. Usually they also have good microphones which can be daisy chained if the table stretches out really long. On the lowest ends I've also seen places that hook up a computer to a tv and a web cam and then use a wireless keyboard and mouse from the table to conference.

What I hate today..... the newish paper straws for slurpees at 7-11. They turn to mush quickly and do not work well at all.

Morally yes , financially not even close. Having everything wide open even with a higher amount of people dying would definitely save the Gov't a crap load of money. That would be looking at purely at an economical view with absolute zero regards to the value of a human life. I can't imagine the Liberals would ever go full crazy and let everything rip like in Texas and Florida because they do value have some sort of positive reputation in the long term.
