Lol based on the fact that he's brought in great players and Taman is only known for his subway sandwich napkins and occasionally making a decent trade. Taman has been ridiculed how many times over the years and given a pass because people feel sorry for him. If Taman was some great GM material and his only missing ingredient would be money for scouts... then why hasn't any team given him the keys and some money? Why are teams not fighting over signing the guy to be a part of their team. Look Murphy is an idiot off the field and nobody is going to deny that, but come on now any one of us could stumble around and make a few trades like Taman did and just build a team around players that we already know about. I wasn't rating these people on personality types. John Murphy is (was?) a million times a better GM then Taman was. Tim Burke by all accounts was a very nice man and great guy. No way would I say he's a better coach then Chris Jones because he was a nice guy.

Taman is over rated, you don't need support staff to create a database instead of using a Subway napkin.

This is partially correct.... their is a serious issue filling rural teaching jobs (and many other types of jobs in rural communities) because modern day society people do not want to live in the middle of nowhere and would rather be close to the big city. Good luck finding anyone wanting to teach (or nurse or many other jobs) out on reserves due to serious safety concerns. In Winnipeg they have plethora of young teaching candidates to fill out positions, almost an over saturation making it difficult for young folks to find good full time teaching jobs out of school. The issue is that some school divisions are cutting so much as well as political issues and really making the job less desireable to a point that the older teachers simply do not want to come back. It is not because of a lack of candidates... the issue is cut backs and terrible management at least in Winnipeg. Lots of young teachers are moving out East because they don't want to sub for 3-5 years before getting full time employment here.

Jason Boltus.... His Bomber Stats... 8 for 25 with 3 interceptions... numerous fumbles and sacks as well. Just awful.

I try to survive with two young kids who will be given lots of candies/chocolates from family and no school or activities for them all while working from home. I may need to reload on booze to make it through the holidays. Other then that the family gatherings this year will be limited since half my family is away on vacation so each visit is with ten or less people.
