I didn't mind the new guy TSN used on a few games last season (name escapes me) and Miller + Dunigan is always a fun combo.

Well in Japan after the nuclear meltdown I thought it was a bunch of older men who went in for the clean up to sacrifice themselves rather then getting the younger men sick.

I've read about her a few times on reddit (go figure) and apparently the lady has been really active in a bad way on social media since she has taken over. People have complained about the slides being in need of repair and causing injury and instead of providing a generic answer saying that they will do their best... she blames the kids and everyone else and shits on the people making a valid complaint.

Funny thing is that I know of some folks in Kenora who have come to Winnipeg to stock up (Costco run) so should they be banned from going back to the community since they have exposed themselves in the big city and could potentially bring back the disease?

Casey Printers career ended in Hamilton I thought? Brink succccccccccccked so many balls in the dirt skipping around. Jyles was under rated big time. Not a great QB but light years better then so many guys between him leaving and Nichols arriving.

I wouldn't suggest people are morons. To play devils advocate... could someone who does get sick not be transported back to Winnipeg? Also wouldn't the % be higher of being infected in Winnipeg as you are exposed to way more potential carriers? I understand limiting people from travelling and going on vacation... but to suggest people are morons because they rather be isolated somewhere nice then sitting in the city exposed to tonnes of other people I don't think is appropriate.

From listening to the Moose PBP guy, it sounded like Stanley took a big step 2 seasons ago , but then this season (the one that just was cancelled) he regressed. He kept talking about the organization being patient with him and willing to give him time to grow.

Elliott had confidence and didn't play scared which was a nice thing.... however I don't think he had the physical tools that Strev, McGuire and even Bennett had. I do think people over rate how good he could of been.

So how long before they join AEW ?

In fairness the residents of Pinawa are pisssssed at city folk as the last few years a lot of people have come to the area to go toobin' and have caused a lot of mess and issues with being drunk and littering and leaving the place a mess during summer. I think it's more then the COVID scare.

Jesse Ventura and Bobby Heenan were perfect heel commentators... I used to love the one liners and the justification they gave to the bad guys for doing what they did.

Lol I don't think you know what xenophobic means and it isn't racist at all. I feel like I'm on riderfans with some of the bumpkins on this board. I'm not denying that LaPo was way to conservative... but don't make it seem like Nichols was playing at an elite level. The guy struggled massively at making any intermediate passes. Night and day different in how he played after his initial injury with us. Watch the games man, look at how many times our receivers had to dive or turn back and dig out passes that were under thrown. That was WITH great protection with the best o-line in the league. Your hate for LaPo has blinded you from seeing how shitty Nichols has been the last few years. I'm sure LaPo and Ottawa will suck balls this year if they play... but just imagine how shitty Nichols will be without a great o-line and the best rb in the league. I'll be surprised if they keep him for the full season. MBT as insane as he is, he can at least throw a 20 yard pass and can at least escape some pressure without turtling. Nichols is toast.

He had guys open and running routes ... You can't blame Lapo for inaccurate passes and zero ability to escape a rush. Nichols was good before his first injury with us...after it was night and day different in his ability to make plays. How many times can you blame Lapo when Nichols struggles to make a 10 yard pass where the receiver has to dive or stop completely and turn around and scoop a ball. If Lapo was so bad then how come with Zach the offense had no issues moving the ball and the new receivers suddenly came to life and were involved in the plays. Same with two seasons ago when Strev played as a normal qb (meaning not doing gadget trick plays each time)

He went deep a few times a game.... but out side of that it was predominately dink and dunk. The guy was absolutely useless on any midrange passes or throwing to receivers in stride. Night and day difference when Collaros played at the end of the season hitting guys like Bailey at full speed.
