What I learned on riderfans after reading the gameday thread over there during the last half... Apparently you are a troll if you call it as it is (Riders being destroyed by lots of back ups) and you should be banned for being honest. O'Shea is classless and a POS and takes cheap shots? Apparently they may win the grey cup because the last time they won the cup they had also lost the banjo bowl,... Zero mentioning of Powell getting 1 net yard....

Good on him, my respect for him went up. No blaming no BS... was honest which is refreshing...

I'm up to half time... A tonne of name calling ... Apparently our qb is the sniveler or shriveler.... Andre Poo , Dunnigab and Blackhead .... maybe Nasty Nate has multiple accounts over there? Downright mutiny on Micah Johnson blaming him for evvvvvvvvverything. A great inner fight where several posters were posting updates in the big tennis match. Multiple times they were asked nicely to not post updates as some people were pvr'ing the game... they proceed to troll their own kind and continue to post updates which absolutely enrages several people. Calling their players boys and really pissing on their own team. Apparently O'Shea rants frequently while Dickenson is a calm and cool coach?? They proceed to then say Dickenson just laid down to take it in the butt without courtesy spit??? This has been hilarious to read so far...

What did both say?

The intangibles.... doesn't crumble after getting hit.... can drive the field late in a game.... isn't playing scared....

I'm taking an adventure and reading the game thread on riderfans for poops and giggles. I'm only at the part where Streveler bowled his way down for the big run ... So far what I've read is that the reason the Bombers are leading at this point is: Andre Proulx is calling terrible penalties They loathe Micah Johnson and blame him for everything Apparently tonnes of empty seats and they are pumping in fake crowd noises (I LOL'd hard at that one) They also hate Rod Black They dislike Marshall.... They think the refs are giving the Bombers the game yet the same people are blaming Shivers and blaming him also....

He looked good but still needs a bit more polish to his game. It also helped that he had a tonne of time from the o-line who were outstanding. Dunigan brought it up earlier about how he saw the guy a little to late and rushed the pass that hit the dirt... with time and patience he will be very good.

My three HH Willie Jefferson / Richardson / Thomas / Roh all had monster games The back ups who should be starters.... Augustine and Petermann Kyrie Wilson who was flying out there today. Bonus - Streveler for his guts and determination

Not a chance... I think he would really have to step up in order for him to win the job though. At his current level / stats it will not be good enough for him to win out the job here or anywhere else.

I would love to see Peterman replace Demski.... the guy plays with a tonne of grit and heart...

So if Nichols is out for the season and Streveler plays at his current level. What do you do for next year? Have faith that Nichols will be healed up? Move on with Streveler? Dump Streveler and groom McGuire?

On the radio he's very vanilla which makes it bad for the interviews, not that I want the guy to trash the club. But it would be nice to get a bit more insight about why Chris Matthews was let go other then "It didn't work out".

Ed Tait is good but similar to Irving... doesn't like to rock the boat and talk about anything controversial in regards to the club.

On the radio Walby said it was a dirty hit and Ed Tait this morning danced around the question and said the hit followed the guidelines of the rule and that it was a clean hit based on the rules.

Imo they need to watch how Hamilton calls plays for Masoli. They have him rolling out and then killing teams who chase after him and then leave guys underneath for easy 10-15 yard passes.

I think the guy is very young and has the tools. He's almost on par with Nichols despite playing 8 less seasons. It just may be the coordinator after all.

Unfortunate that we didn't hold onto the lead. As always very hard for us to win when we visit the Riders. I'll be more interested next week to see how we respond. If we lose that game as well then yuck things won't be pretty on these boards. If we win then all is good. I'd assume Saskatchewan will be playing against Edmonton and Calgary a few more times which won't be easy games for them.
