On the radio he's very vanilla which makes it bad for the interviews, not that I want the guy to trash the club. But it would be nice to get a bit more insight about why Chris Matthews was let go other then "It didn't work out".

Ed Tait is good but similar to Irving... doesn't like to rock the boat and talk about anything controversial in regards to the club.

On the radio Walby said it was a dirty hit and Ed Tait this morning danced around the question and said the hit followed the guidelines of the rule and that it was a clean hit based on the rules.

Imo they need to watch how Hamilton calls plays for Masoli. They have him rolling out and then killing teams who chase after him and then leave guys underneath for easy 10-15 yard passes.

I think the guy is very young and has the tools. He's almost on par with Nichols despite playing 8 less seasons. It just may be the coordinator after all.

Unfortunate that we didn't hold onto the lead. As always very hard for us to win when we visit the Riders. I'll be more interested next week to see how we respond. If we lose that game as well then yuck things won't be pretty on these boards. If we win then all is good. I'd assume Saskatchewan will be playing against Edmonton and Calgary a few more times which won't be easy games for them.

As with every other year and even last week with the Riders..... don't give Saskatchewan the momentum early in the game and quiet the fans. Once things settle down we take over...

I want a guy that doesn't require a perfect ball tossed his way in order to make a catch. With Nichols inaccuracy and TBD for Streveler we need someone to make something out of nothing.

Demski is the backup RB.

I wouldn't say no one is coming... we have room this season for a Zylstra or Michel. Singleton definitely isn't coming to us... he'd be back to Calgary if he gives up down south

I like Khari and what's he's done but come on now... VAJ isn't that good of a player. It will be an incremental boost for them but they still have lots of other weaknesses.

That TSN interview was useless, we already knew that the Coach was called to clean up the situation. I would be interested in knowing the details if one of the other players stabbed Matthews, if he had a bad attitude, lazy work ethic etc..... The only positive that I can see of this situation is that receiver is a position that a guy can come in from the NFL and be productive right away.

On the radio they had said that Kyle Walters and Chris Matthews had a good relationship and was a big reason on why he signed with the Blue. I'm not sure where other people are getting that Chris had no other options.

An actress with limited range ... it's a smart move on her part. Unless you're a main player SNL doesn't pay that much and it is a lot of work.

Peterman is awesome.... I'd think he would thrive if given more of a chance.

I highly doubt that this cut was mainly because of his production. I said it before it wouldn't' surprise me if he was cut after the *incident* and of course a lot of people thought that was impossible. My guess is that they gave him a 2nd chance , his attitude or off field problems over shadowed his limited production on offense. I'm guessing this was a move to keep the locker room cancer free. What I hope is that they either sign an NFL cut , or they restructure Jeffersons deal and extend him using the money saved on Matthews!

Maybe it gives Augustine a chance to show case his skills. He runs and hits like a truck so I wouldnt' be surprised if the guy can move the chains for us. Also it's not like our o-line is crap , they create holes for anyone not named Demski to hit.
