It would be fascinating to see how many people watch the PPV's in comparison between paid and people who stream illegally. I'd imagine the streaming would out weigh the paid customers by a wide margin.

Game 72 : @ Los Angeles Is Burning

Jesus Christ the refs are paid off.... numerous blatant holds on Myers and Laine go completely uncalled.... then Laine after being held down gets called for a penalty.... very one sided calls tonight. -

The Jets really struggle at clearing the puck out of their own zone. Hendricks does not look like a liability contrary to what Goalie has said. The worst player that I have seen in the first period was Laine. Several giveaways and struggling at controlling the puck. Myers is having himself a good game as is Lowry. -
I never went... was it as "friendly" as u-*****-ia?

If we lose to LA it is not because Hendricks was on the ice for 7 minutes.... -
They would have to keep selling plastic bags for garbage bins no question about that. I am not fully opposed to stores not providing plastic bags but I would hope the onus would be on them for providing paper bags and/or cardboard boxes like Costco does. I don't think everyone will always carry a bag with them so when those times come when you buy on impulse or without intending to buying anything it would be a pain in the arse trying to carry a bunch of little items in my hands.

I love this picture....

I really hope they offer some decent new food court options. The Chinese and Japanese places are absolutely horrible and the rest are extremely mediocre. I'll take a Jimmy the Greek , Chosabi, Thai Express and 1 pizza place please.

Based off the fact that he's been meh with exception to one game since his arrival. -

The Hayes experiment seems to be starting off poorly.... -
Based on how the guys on the radio were talking this week... it seems like Comrie might be traded for picks at the draft and that they'll be moving forward with Berdin being the prospect goalie....
-
No way should they reduce the amount of Canadians... that is a very unique factor that really can change the make up of a team. It really adds a unique twist to the game that I really like.

I wonder if they'll groom Hendricks into coaching? -

Aho a -5 .... wow -
The last I read about Dana Warrior was that Warriors real brother claimed she was a horrible wife and burned through all his money and kept threatening to leave him....

I swear I'm cursed... I don't watch them play and they go out and score 5 goals.... -
Why in the hell would Dana Warrior be involved in anything wresting or creative?

I'd take the large cut of the expansion fee in exchange of giving up a player like Bryan Little or Eric Comrie in a heart beat.

Who said it was a dying sport? It's not as popular as it used to be and the average fan age is increasing. It's far from being a money loser or anything, the main point is that the sport of football isn't as hot as it used to be. I don't think the sport is popular enough for people caring about non NFL or NCAA football. It may grow as a niche but really why wouldn't Arena football succeed after all those years and investors, what makes XFL or AAFL think they can succeed when they have zero differentials from NFL/NCAA. It's just a vastly inferior product. At least CFL is a different experience when you watch.
-
I don't see any of those leagues lasting. The interest in football in the States has dropped since XFL 1.0 and the average age of a football fan is getting older and older. I'd assume older folks would have zero interest in the XFL or AAFL. I'd be amazed if any of these leagues make it to a 3rd season.

King Kong Bundy sure was a bitter angry guy in the last few years, him and Ole could compete for the title of the most crankiest wrestler of all time.

It's not only the penalties, it feels like the only time we gain puck control is if the other team makes a mistake and we end up with an odd man rush. Whenever it's in our own end this season it just seems painfully difficult to get the puck away from the opposition....
