What's ironic is in Eddie Murphy's Raw he has a lengthy bit about Cosby chastising him and complaining to Eddie about the things that he says in his show. To go to one extreme of being mr family man / straight as an arrow straight to disgusting sexual perv (like Jared Fogle) is really crazy.

I watched the last quarter and MBT definitely has a lot of zip on his throws and didn't look lost when being rushed. If I was a new fan I would of assumed Nichols is a rookie CFL qb and MBT was the guy with many years experience... Sucks that Toronto couldn't get a real kicker.... they gave that one away.

Once again.... how is it LaPo's fault that Nichols holds onto the ball to long and/or throws more inaccurate passes then accurate passes? Of course the coach will look bad when a QB has several steamboats and doesn't look off his primary target and then suddenly turtles and crashes to the ground. I don't see how LaPo calls a bad game when Nichols has time doesn't make a quick read... holds onto the ball to long and then slowly tries to scramble down the field only to get slammed by three defenders? The few times that he did make a quick read (usually to Thompkins) we had success and our guys made the big important catches.

What I also noticed with Nichols is that it never seems like he can throw a ball to a guy in stride on short to medium passes. It seems even basic screen passes or dump offs that our guys have to dive or reach out for them and then get zero YAC.

No excuses in the 3rd quarter. He had time to throw and had 4 guys who could catch on the field. Demski isn't a big loss IMO. I saw a guy who couldn't throw to anyone after his first read and over thinking....

Nichols did not shine... he didn't stink up the joint but he certainly didn't shine.

What I noticed: You guys exaggerate on how bad the whole team is. IMO the glaring issues is Nichols , Randle and that soft Zone we run. Bowman was wide open all night by design which was stupid. O-line had a great game D-line had a great game Thompkins is the real deal, Wolitarsky the same. We had a few bad drops but for the most part those misses were all on Nichols. Nichols is still shell shocked... that bad sack on the first drive he gave up and several questionable decisions. I can see why he's trying to be the next Buck Pierce going head first.... but he's moving waaaaaay slower then Buck ever did. The score flattered Manziel big time. So many wobblers and he had two pick 6's that didn't go through and the fumble in the end zone. If he didn't have the lucky breaks tonight this game would of been a big time blow out. Manziel can at times have a rocket arm and other times throw the worst Russ Michna passes ever. I don't see him in this league after this season. Refs actually called a good game for once. At the end of the game when the camera panned to Nichols and Streveler walking down the sidelines after the TD... the boys were smiling and energetic with Streveler and very ho-hum with Matty....

Is their a demand for a Sals in that area? I will say that the White Star Diner which is near Portage Place seems to always be busy whenever I've gone so maybe it will work out?

When he was a blade runner he was massive like Warrior... next year he looked like he shedded 50 lbs of muscles and was lean and not bulky. It just amazes me how a body can change so fast. Similar to when Ahmed Johnson went to WCW and his belly was absolutely massive.

I don't see why they can't dink and dunk to Harris and company in the first few drives. Should be easy against Montreals soft defense.

What's crazy is that I think this game makes/break Nichols career. If he stinks it up then how does he ever rebound?
