I just think the idea of XFL and extreme football is passé. Now if they had a football league where you could bribe the refs, play on ice, throw exploding footballs.... that would be awesome

Did someone compare Grigsby to Wilder Jr?? Really??? The guy is a great player and may even be the 2nd best RB in the league next to Harris. If the CFL had guaranteed contracts I would be completely on the side of the club... but since they don't then I don't blame the guy. I wish the league had some kind of rule where they could allow a player to try out and sign in the NFL , but if he ever comes back to the CFL he belongs and must follow the contract that he was originally signed for.

Wouldn't the past failure of the XFL make this even more difficult for them to succeed?

Copp has played very well defensively from the games I've watched.

I think the fact that he will be playing behind a better o-line, the best RB in the league, a receiver that he is very familiar with and an o-coordinator that has worked a lot with him before just may be tiny factors in why people are optimistic of him being a good back up.

I may have misheard on the radio yesterday, but I think Collaros is guaranteed $430 000 ... I thought Glenn was signed more so around the $250 000 guaranteed?

I'd like to read any arguments or opinions on the people who would think that Darian Durant is a downgrade from Dan LeFevour? I don't get all the complaining about the guy being washed up , passed his prime, stinking in Montreal? The only comparison would be DD and DLF.... I can't see anyone thinking that the fever makes us a better club over Double D's?

From what they said on the radio Willie Jefferson has a deal in place with the Riders. He was the best player on that defense so I would assume he gets a nice raise as well. I wonder what kind of salary cuts the team will need to make in order to be under the cap?

I had to chuckle watching the event on the weekend... Stipe swipes the belt out of Dana's hands and gives it to one of his guys to wrap around his waste. Dana immediately after the event in an interview the first thing he brings up was that Ngannou went to France for vacation for 2 weeks before the fight... (giving excuses on why the guy he hyped up was embarassed). I'm amazed that they would keep Dana around as from my perspective he is very amateurish in the media....

It depends on what you consider worthy of the HOF. Is it deserving of a player who completely dominated at his position even for a short amount of time, or is it about longevity and being above average yet never the best at his position?
