The team played much better tonight, I thought that Lowry, Copp, Morrissey, Stastny, and the 1st line all played really really good. I'm so happy we won purely because Subban will never be a respected beloved player with his absolutely embarassing level of dives that he takes. Even the PBP guy made mention about him taking a dive. Hellebuyck deserves the Vezina this year... do they factor in playoffs when voting for the award?? The guy was mentally strong and played oustanding. The *only* players I saw looking off was Ehlers who seemed to be lost when carrying the puck, Connor simply needs to shoot more rather then trying to hard to find the perfect pass and finally Enstrom was god awful. I don't want to jump on the bash Enstrom bandwagon but he had some terrible give aways and was just out of place so much tonight. His play reminded me of Marc Stuart's last season with us where it was completely clear that the guy is done as a Jet and possibly an NHL player.

Lowry left the game. Rinne should of stopped the first one... that second goal though was on the Defense watching Stastny without doing anything to stop him.

I don't trust videos like this because I've seen more then enough other clips where in one video it portrays someone as a victim... then later on an extended video from someone else shows how the original "victim" was antagonizing and being complete a-holes provoking someone else to lash out. For this particular video I don't know or really care about... in general though I don't trust anything unless you view the complete scene.

Meh I don't really care about videos like that because we don't have the video showing what happened before. Who the hell knows what those two guys said before filming. In the heat of the moment people will say anything... many a times I've seen angry people wishing someone else to die and deep down they don't truly mean it.

Red Dead Redemption in my opinion was the best game released since Half Life 2. The story , the missions, the atmosphere, voice acting, gameplay mechanics were all perfect IMO. I'd even say the story is better then most movies in the last dozen years.

They couldnt make a crisp pass at all and Nashville were much more physical and attacked the puck after our dump ins way more aggressively. It was not Maurice or line up changes...it looked like a nervous team playing hesitant.

How come we cannot score at home? Almost shutout two games in a row? The Jets under to much pressure?

The team looks really uptight... so many sloppy passes and Nashville seems to be moving to the puck at twice of the speed of the Jets. We look slow and tentative tonight. I hope the nerves straighten out and the club moves with some speed in the next period.

I couldn't believe how Nashville had 5 guys lined up screening Rinne in a perfect line.. TSN was mocking them in saying how ridiculous it was and called it the flying V (mighty ducks)

It was a joke, an open hand slap to stop someone is a terrible move. It looked ridiculous enough back in the Pancrase days... a punch is much more effective and would decrease the odds of hurting yourself big time.

Does anyone have any knowledge on the guys we drafted? If so any kind of break down and/or chances of these guys ever making the club? Comparisons to other players?

The stories I've heard of trying to restrain a guy messed up on drugs are crazy. They become super human and physically can not be held down. I've seen videos of guys being tased and they just keep walking as if nothing is being done to them. It's not like the officers have endless time to learn how to be complete MMA artist. Think of UFC 1 - 5 ... guys with black belts in karate and tae-kwon-do spent years and years of training learning a martial art..... to end up resorting to throwing bar room brawl type haymakers because in real fights none of those traditional techniques are fairly useless. I'm not any kind of expert of fighting or taking out other people, but I'd imagine the best techniques would be to bash someones legs and maybe pummel the liver. Either way asking someone to stay still and trying to hug them to restrain them does not work at all.
