Perreault I think is of more value for the Jets today then guys like Armia , Dano , Connor, Copp etc.... Our team needs to have some vets who can play at a consistent level...

I'd be shocked if they could get Fleury... Maybe I set my expectations of what our team is willing to go for at a much lower level.

Sad to see Marinovich back on the drugs. I always liked reading OB and here when people would rant and rave about a guy being so much better then the others... only for that guy to get cut after the pre season game.

I assume the local media don't speak about who is looking good and bad mainly because the local media has no idea whether a guy is playing good or bad. What would be really really nice is if the local media can send maybe some former Blue Bomber players and/or football coaches who are still around town to take a look at camp and give their feedback since they would have a much better eye. As for Jeff Hamilton, wasn't he covering on 1290 last week?

I so want the Riders to cut Bennett and keep Young and have him start after a few Glenn losses... the meltdown in Riderville would glorious....

A few thoughts.... - Why the excitement over Bennett... remember how many times we brought in guys at training camp who looked like superstars and even performed well in pre season games... only for them to fizzle out come real game time. - Clearly Glenn will be the guy in Riderville, he isn't bad and wasn't that terrible in Montreal. In the right system I think he can still play decently. I think a lot of what will make or break his season is if the Riders can get a running game. I don't think the Riders are going to be a plus 500 team... I also don't think they will only win 2 - 3 games either. - Nasty Nate, the guy was entertaining in very small doses... in the end he spammed the board way to hard with his rants. I don't know why people keep referencing him or give him any sort of spot light. We have enough Rider trolls to entertain the masses here. Also what's with the nude morris? Story time? - It really does sadden me on how low the popularity is of CFL fans... I wish that every team would have an active board like this site and Riderfans.

I saw Wonder Woman and it felt like a much higher production and much more similar to a Captain America then any other DC movie. The characters are likable, the pace was great, the acting was very good and the story moved along nicely. I would definitely be interested in another Wonder Woman story from back in the past as she is learning how Earth works.

I think my dad can challenge for that belt.... many a times he has flipped out and swore so much that I slowly inch away from him out of embarrassment. He tends to really flip out whenever small children are near by.... The best is that now that he is older he flips out instantly when a flag is thrown without even waiting to see if it's the opposing team getting the penalty.

Some rave reviews on the radio from the red deer pbp guy in regards to Spacek. Sounds like a solid prospect.

So let me get this straight... Ripper says LeFevour is proven to be bad. However on only a few weeks notice he managed 330 yards and four TDs against us. Ripper also says Nichols only looked good because of our awesome defense and essentially Nichols only put up numbers because of the D. I love Rider logic....

Because he continually gets hurt during practice / training camp. Dear lord what would happen if he actually played with real contact. Not hasty at all... way to frequent for us to waste our time on the guy.

Time to cut our losses... move on from the band aid project...

As I said in a different thread... regardless of stats. Fourth quarter game winning drive... the qb gets drilled and gets back up. The odds of winning this game with Glenn is damn near zero... while Nichols has shown that he can get back on his feet and keep playing. Glenn excels in a perfect scenario where he has great blocking , a good rb who can take pressure off of him. The moment he gets rocked his play tanks to near Brink like levels...

They do but not nearly as bad as CJOB.... When listening to Bob it feels like every other sentence is an ad plug or a break for ads. It's so choppy and hard for him to go in depth on anything.

Ads on cjob are really cheap. I think they go for the large amount of cheap ads rather then charging a larger amount with less ads.

I wonder how much time on CJOB is commercials\Bob reading sponsors vs Actual Content..... The flow seems to constantly be interrupted whenever I listen to CJOB...

I don't get TBURGESS in this thread? Some links for other sites have been mentioned in this thread that I have never visited before. Does this mean those sites are poaching me? Does this mean I have to leave this site and only go to those sites?
