The reason people are impressed with Sask is that they canned a loser and signed a proven winner. They cut fat and appear to be making big moves. We stay put, hired a proven loser and have not made any big changes.

Allowing coaches to resign and sign with other teams opens a huge can of worms...if that's the case we should poach star players by doing the same thing.
