How so? They've changed the players over quite a bit over the last few years and we still end up with the same results. Are you suggesting that we have to wait yet another year of free agency and hiring even more coordinators before we point the finger at the coach ?

Also .... don't blame me. When the team wins the forums clearly are thriving... when they play games like they have in week one and two. What positives can you really talk about?

So week two.... I forgot about the game and checked the score at half time.... didn't bother to even attempt to watch the game. Down by 13 at half with no offense yet again is a guarantee that the game is over with this club. I wonder how bad the attendance will be later on in the season? I can't imagine any casual fans wanting to watch this team?

They do not have signs saying "Photo Radar ahead slow down". Usually they place photo radar in strategic spots in which the odds of them catching more speeders is higher... rather then spots where more likely pedestrians would be crossing the street.

If they don't make the play offs clean house... it's the CFL you can rebound in a year or two as long as you have some canadian depth

My favorite is when Wise Up Winnipeg got in trouble because they held up signs saying "Photo Radar Ahead Slow Down". I love how they were told to stop doing this.... wouldn't you think that if the point is about safety they would encourage people to hold up signs and alarm drivers to slow down? It's all a crock and it's a huge money maker so they'll never stop.

I drive around 3 - 4 school zones on my way home every day from work between 4 and 5. I barely if ever see any kids out playing. The only kids playing in playgrounds are usually toddlers accompanied by their parents. I don't think I've ever seen a kid cross the street during those times come to think of it? They could easily cut it back to 4:30. 5:30 is absolutely ridiculous... what kid stays at school for 2 hours outside without going home?

No way would I want Lemon.... this club doesn't need any divas that will cause trouble in the locker room

Maybe using the word garbage time is incorrect. How about the Bombers trotted out the same old extremely slow start as they have for the last 5 seasons. You can't expect to compete if you continually have zero offense in the first 3 quarters of every game.

What can you really discuss though about the club? You could pretty much cut and paste the exact same posts over the last 5 years and it would still apply to how the club played last week. The club has given no hope and really nothing to get fans excited about. We signed some awesome free agents.... this was exciting. After watching 2 dismal efforts in pre season from the starting crew and then a complete turd on the field after the first real game. What can we really talk about? It's been so many years in a row of watching the guys come out of the gate and set a record amount of 2 and outs and watching the other team gaining a comfy lead and then us only moving the ball after the opposition has taken the foot off the pedal. At least with the Jets even though they had a down year last season... they showed promise and young guys made it entertaining for us to watch games even during a losing streak.

The one score thing is so misleading. Same issues we had the last 2 seasons.... we pile on the yards and points way after the game is out of hand so the final output makes it look like it was competitive. That last game *could* of easily been a blow out of 20 + more points then what we had.

I only watched the first 2 quarters.... I saw us not being able to make 2nd and short and a combination of Willy hanging onto the ball to long and Mtl guys coming in untouched... The defense I'm not to worried about, they have talent and made plays when it counted. The offense .... not being able to get a few first downs until 25 minutes into the game is unacceptable.... soooo bad.

Wow people dumping on Wagoneer and suggesting Franklin is the saviour. l'm not sure what is worse... The play of the Bombers or the reaction of some fans....

From only watching the first half.... several times Willy hung on to the ball way to long. Also it looked like we had no answer for the blitz yet again....

No way they replace the D-Coordinator after game 1....

With the Jets track record... I wouldn't say it's being a homer. If they took guys who were highly regarded later in the draft... then I fully believe they did their homework and made wise choices.

This was the easy game for our early schedule.
