People don't realize the power of a bullet... even at my long distance I could tell the situation had escalated. Had the guy have a gun (I think he did) and missed firing at the cops... that bullet easily could kill you from where they were standing. While the police screw up once in a blue moon , it's not up to a clueless citizen to walk in on the scene and become the cameraman. So very dangerous.

I can't believe it hasn't happened already. Why wait? I assume they don't want to take any attention away from the Grey Cup and want all local and any "national" sport media to focus on the event. It does make sense to me.

I think the one video that went on cbc's website you can hear an annoying girl give a play by play and right at the end of the video you see an angry cop waving her to GTFO.

The Richards one seemed to be more of a "surprise pick" by the draft panel. What's odd is that they would reach for a receiver out of Saskatchewan after being ridiculed for the Etienne pick from before. You would think they would of tried to not make the same mistakes of Mack or at least try to make it seem like the team would go in a different direction.

Halo is pretty good, the game engine is really fast and it stays at 60fps at all times. It just feels really Call of Duty'ish right now which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Did anyone get Halo 5? The game feels like Call of Duty while Destiny feels like old school Halo to me.... The warzone is fun but I find it's quite unbalanced with how many points you get from killing NPC enemies.... it seems like holding bases isn't as valuable as getting lucky and finishing off elites/bosses that spawn.

Friday...I was eating at Original Joes on Taylor with a group and we noticed a large amount of cop cars circling the area. A few minutes later we see a white vehicle drive onto the field with literally a dozen cop cars chasing and circling trying to contain the guy. It looked straight out of a GTA video game. 95% of the people were smart , pulled over there car and didn't get involve. 5% decided to either try to drive closer to the situation and/or to get out of the car and run closer while video taping with a cell. We were a fair distance away but we did see them box him in and draw weapons on the guy. The 5% of the people .. attempted to go closer to get a better cell phone vid!!!? Police are well trained and rarely will fire in a direction where innocent bystanders are located... but the criminals are not quite as nice. For the love of god why are people this dumb? Somehow (maybe out of karma) I've been in the nearby area of 2 shootings in the year and both times a small amount of people have went towards the danger rather then trying to escape. Are people just this dumb, is it because everyone wants to copycat what they see in the news with police incidents and trying to get youtube hits, do people just want to get hit with stray bullets? Blows my mind....

Marcel should be. Worst offense in the CFL two years running.I believe they see that as a result of Willy being injured and not directly as MB. Which is scary since nearly every other team who used their 2nd and 3rd strings still managed to move the ball...

Is it a business or is it a hobby? I have zero years in wrestling but I am pretty sure that I could of drawn more then 20 people like some of the **** shows I went to. Though the promoter and trainers had years and years in the "biz". Quality is subjective, the bad shows I went to the guys working thought it was WWE caliber... Just because one is in the business doesn't necessarily mean they know what they are doing or talking about. In fact sometimes when someone has been in the business for a long time they get close minded and distort the reality. And it wasn't me trying to insult you, simply stating that just because you said you have done this for 15 years it doesn't really mean much.

So local wrestling... Went to some shows with 20 year vets.... years of experience in local wrestling really doesn't mean a whole lot. Actually it was sadder watching old guys (completely out of shape) hurt themselves at the expense of maybe a few dozen peoples laughs. I would say that in local wrestling.... quality is much more important then quantity....

Well I have met people in the business who had wrestling in front of 15 people at a community center... doesn't really hold that much weight. I consider local wrestling more of a hobby then a business. That being said I'll agree to disagree and for the most part I'm just pushing your buttons. Plus you can't believe everything you read on the net, the stories from Jason Sensation, Leaping Lanny and a few others I think more then likely are heavily exaggerated and Vince in the end doesn't care who or what you do as long as you make a dollar. As I said before... they had wrestlers causing miscarriages, incest storylines, senior citizen giving birth to a plastic hand, and so many such wrong things that wrestling shouldn't be considered a "sport" that others should try to take examples from...

The ball most definitely can be stripped... it happened back in the day against Hamilton where we stripped the ball in the endzone of a missed field goal which resulted in a TD.

Bowman is good in his role.... the Bombers did not use him properly... the stats though definitely skew things though. He must have by far the most balls thrown his way compared to any other guy in the league... lots of short stuff to boot.
