Sad Fact..... I wore my Bombers Golf T-Shirt to work today.... I was ridiculed by at least 10 different individuals who all called the Blue a joke and that I'm brave for wearing the colors of a garbage team. Ouch.....

Clearly the reason they have not fired Burke is because of $$$ reasons and because it makes no sense bringing in anyone to be the new HC and who would they promote??? Creehan???

Lol at people complaining that Walters didn't bring in a receiver. Because apparently a gm can only focus on one spot of the team at a time lol.

If Burke is back then I'm skipping next season and so will many many other people.

The year after jyles we sucked bad. I'm not saying in comparison To this season. The offense sputtered badly the year after Jyles left. Remember we started off hot winning lots of close games where our defense with Willis absolutely dominated. Then after labor day the defense got worn out and we lost many games and barely made it through the playoffs to the cup.

Etienne has at least made catches and plays I'm his brief time. Kohlert looks great because he constantly has to dive or make difficult catches because our qbs stink. I'm sure Etienne would do well if our offense could actually play at an average level.

17 my point was that it was Burke's defense that kept us competitive. Lapolices offense was terrible, almost as bad as it is today. Do we not remember how great our defense was and how they kept us in the game while Buck and Brink sputtered...

I totally disagree The team was very bad and only our rock solid defense kept us competitive. The moment Burke left the defense to be hc and also the moment Harris passed away the teams defense took a massive nose dive. Forget not our offense has sucked since Jules was traded and buck became really glass Joe from punch out. Lapo sucked big time.

I actually still pin this on lapo and Burke more so then Mack. It all goes back to poor offense and sticking with buck for two seasons to many. A huge part of the problem was Lapo and his vanilla offense and the two seasons of patchwork of then trying to repair it.

I guess Matthews is also useless then based on your opinion. I think all the receivers get a pass based on how facked up the o has been. Foster I'd be more concerned considering he has been with a more stable team and couldn't crack the line up.

I went over the list, the amount of guys who were drafted and still playing for the team is a bit higher then my estimate and it was around 40%. However if you were to remove guys who simply ONLY play special teams... then it's much lower. Most of these guys are crap and out of all of them how many have been all stars?

The Canadian Draft is a complete crap shoot like I said before, people make this out to being like the NFL draft where the first 4 rounds almost guarantees that the player will have a complete NFL career. Walters made the right move, Neufeld can play NOW and while he is average, that alone is better then crap like Boatman and Morley at this point in time. O-linemen usually peak later in their career, so why not try the guy out and maybe he will gel and have a half decent career. I just find it funny that people are in an outrage and think that we got royally raped in the bum, I don't see Robertson lighting it up for the Blue and he was a 2nd round pick... what about that Aaron Hargreaves fellow that Taman drafted in the 2nd round he really lit it up didn't he!

First round picks are a crap shoot, how many first rounders in the last few years have made a big impact. Heck we seen early picks get cut in training camp!

It was the same when Kelly was here, everyone knew he was getting canned and we all were wondering who would come in and who would be our qb.

Good on Turner! I wish there was a way the fans could tell the players to be patient and that next year they should have a much better coaching staff to work under.

I don't mind the trade at all, if what the previous poster said about him being under contract for three more years then it's pretty good. I do think the riders win the trade with that second round pick. It would of been better if we swapped third round picks. I don't hold much weight in any draft picks. Look how great our last first round picks have been playing. A starting non import is easily worth any pick. Hall won't come back he was going no matter what. We can find someone else, the team didn't die when we dumped Odell and when Hunt left. In the end this helps us out and Walters did OK.

Can anyone give a recap of the post game show? Was Irving still pissed as he was earlier in the game? Did Burke actually have some sort of emotion, if I was him i'd be melting down like Kavis did in the past....

Do we not remember how the offense was even worse then it is now. The jet package, Brock Ralph going deep and running in circles?

Reilly looked OK today. It's to bad that the defense did not show up. Donovan Alexander is absolutely brutal out there. I wonder if there will be consequences from Reed after being blown out.

Sheets did look pretty darn good so I'd give him a break on that. Suitor hasn't been that bad this year in comparison to years past.

This isn't the first time. That's the cold hard truth. It's been a long time since things have been this bad though. Mike Kelly era wasn't that long ago.

It would be nice to see him have a break out game though.... with Elliott it was either great or poop.... with Hall it's been consistent mediocrity.

I watched parts of the Lions game and they looked completely uninterested in playing tonight. Poor effort on the defense , looked like a Creehan-Marshall fusion defense where all DB's had to play 10 yards away from any receiver. DeMarco made some critical poorly timed interceptions early on which killed them. Buck is downright atrocious, he pretty much nearly gave up a safety, tossed 2 passes out of bounds.

Toronto playing sloppy, looks like they will lose this one. Collaros also looking very green out there.

Some pretty bad comments on here.... But if Sask is interested in a trade, Hall for a starting O-lineman would be fine by me.
