Whatever week this is - Non B2B Champs games
Brandon replied to Geebrr's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Hey did you guys know Sankey and Dean have 100+ tackles and are so awesome because they have so many tackles!?? Why doesn't any other tandem of lbers have 100+ tackles? Hey did you know that Sankey + Dean have played on a considerably large amount of downs since the team they play on sucks on offense and the defense allows big long drives on a frequent basis... I am sure that has nothing to do with them having more tackles then others. -

Cuz he'll be back in 3 seasons to replace Zach -
Everything was great with our guys with exception of the back up QB's. Prukop was very meh and Brown was just tossing 50/50 balls. Every other aspect on this team however was locked in and playing fantastic. Suitor suggesting that Sankey wins because of his tackle count and how since he's on a losing team that he will be ignored. That was the largest eye roll moment for me of the night.

Gillingham was the only candidate that came to my door, spoke with him for ten minutes. Seemed like a normal human being, I know that seems lame but I've encountered Sam Katz several times and he was odd and full of BS. I've seen Bowman a few times and he seemed not slimey but kind of a dreamer and a bit of a phony (my opinion). I asked Gillingham a bunch of questions and he had normal reasonable answers. Didn't promise unrealistic goals that the city could never afford and actually has relevant decent plans for the short term. I'm not expecting a miracle from the guy but he at least won't tank the city. Had Murray won it would of been a complete **** show and as much of a gong show as Motkaluk but for different reasons. The city doesn't need any weird controversies with a mayor being drunk and being super inappropriate.

I'd assume a young QB who *can* be hurt on every single play by massive dlinemen/lbers and who will be the face of the franchise and he alone can make or break a team is a bit different from an older receiver who may see real contact on 10 or so plays primarily by much smaller dbs tackling him from behind and who if he does go down the team has 5 suitable replacements.... is kind of a different situation. -
How amateurish is it for them to call the vote when it was only at 50% calculated with such a slim lead and then for them to leave and go to regular programming.

I'm assuming BC goes all in and if he gets hurt then they sign BLM next year. -

Without question they need to fire Dickenson and O'Day no questions asked. Need at least 2 olinemen. Maybe Masoli is free from Ottawa and grab him? -

2022 CFL Season - Non Back 2 Back Champs News

Cornelius and only because Corny is inexperienced and probably will surpass him next season. Does Caleb Evans counts , Fajardo is better then him? -
I have not heard anything about the injury or where he currently is at for Ellingson. Is this a case of a guy who *could* be on the field playing had we been fighting for a play off spot? I have assumed that he is lightly knicked and they are simply giving him time off to make sure that he's as healthy as he can be for our play off run?

Matt Lauer/Greg Zaun - when will this end??

Cosby is also 85 and was almost fully retired when he was accused. Spacey was still very active in top shows and doing movies. -
A reminder that Brown is playing on the best team in the league so I'm not quite ready to call him starter material for anyone else just yet.

Fajardo will be picked up by a team who loses a starting QB early next season. -
So 3 more years until Strev comes in to replace him

Back 2 Back Champs @ VAJ-Cats-tic Voyage: The Week Of Thread

I think the biggest loss was Kyrie Wilson. Dude is a silent all star and a huge part on the defense. I also assume Ellingson and Wolly both are not "decent" ? -
Ummm NO@!!! You don't pay a guy like Desjarlais to come back! No you spend that money on Duke Williams who was a great receiver back in 2017 and ignore your o-line and it's depth! That's the real key to long term success!

Imagine Zach, Kyrie, Ellingson, the o-line, Jeffcoat... all coming back in cold weather against BC? Not going to be pleasant day for the Lions. -
Once again from your own link..... 81.97 > 81.93 it's a higher number meaning that people are living longer.

So what you are saying is that if everyone lived in a bubble then everyone would be safe? Unfortunately that isn't a realistic scenario to expect everyone in the world to just stay at home without any human contact. I'll repeat it again... the kids are ecstatic to be back in school and same with the teachers are far more happy to teach in person rather then doing it online where they only get a fraction of the learning then when in class. Life is going back to normal and nearly everyone is far happier these days now that things are opened and they are no longer scared of the unknown. https://www.statista.com/statistics/1041135/life-expectancy-canada-all-time/ https://www.macrotrends.net/countries/CAN/canada/life-expectancy#:~:text=The current life expectancy for,a 0.18% increase from 2019. Weird that you would cherry pick US stats and not use the Canadian stats which shows that I was right? I also don't get the 0/1 what was that suppose to mean? That you were wrong? Either way all is good man don't be afraid for the kids at school. It's all good!

Basically if you look into anything and everything you will die a million ways. If I were to read every pamphlet or believe every commercial about how 1 in 3 people will have cancer, 1 in 4 people will have hepatitis, 1 in 3 will have heart issues, 1 in 4 people have drug addictions, 1 in 2 will have mental break downs etc... basically every human in the planet has 10 different diseases and conditions and basically are a ticking time bomb that will die at any second... unless you buy drug A and drug B and drug C. The pollution is going to kill us, the side effects of the genetically modified food is going to kill us, the high sugar diet is going to give everyone diabetes and heart issues, 5G phones are going to kill us, basically everything is awful and we are all going to die if we believe everything we read on the internet. All I know is people are living longer then ever in the history of mankind and also ever since the children have gone back to school the mental health for these children has skyrocketed up. At some point you have to just live and not be chicken little and scared of everything.
