Les Waseau @ Bombers GDT
Our o-line is way above average so I won't complain. I wouldn't say we have a weak link as from my eyes each of the guys have had times in each game where they were beat cleanly. Stanley was owned by Lemon on at least two plays the other night so even our best player still isn't 100% perfect.

FNF Stamp vs. Argos
Had we not blown that game with Ottawa I would of easily have us in first place, for now Toronto should be in first place. If the Bombers can string a few dominant wins in a row (such as last night and not spotting Edmonton 22 points or barely beating Calgary) then I can see a case for making them first place.

I can't believe how they can screw something so simple up. It is not hard to load info from a database, they could have a temporary stats list up in days with any average web designer.

I was also amazed that they didn't point out that the Montreal offense scored only 3 points and zero mentions of how they had no first downs in the 2nd half until they ended up getting one with 30 seconds left.

3 stars plus hh a tale of two Zachs
1 - Defense as a whole was amazing, it felt like Fajardo had only 20 yards passing in the 2nd half. They didnt' give up a first down in the 2nd half until 30 seconds left in the game. 2 - Brady 3 - Rose was outstanding HH - Jake Thomas people crapped on him but he was getting great pressure all night. Bozo of the night - Milt Stegall , first saying that Montreal shouldn't start Fajardo and then post game saying Toronto is better because they have a good punt returner. Milt is by far the worst on the panel out of everyone that they rotate.

Mb Provincial election poll
PC voters tend to be middle class to the rich folks. In the areas where their is less crime and higher incomes the people tend to frown upon any graffiti or crime or anything. When they see PC ads vandalized it re-inforces their desire or wants for more police and cleaning up the city. So yes it will re-inforce some who may be on the fence to vote for them. I'm not sure if the NDP guy having a traitor thing spray painted will do much, it probably also will reinforce people to vote PC because they push "being more harsh to criminals" even if it's all just talk. In the end it just looks dumb and does nothing to help.

It will only help the PC's gain votes, so it really is counter productive to deface the ads.

Manitoba Politics
I don't want to generalize and say all young people are naive and just do it, but it feels like many are entitled and think that they should buy new trucks, bigger houses, yearly trips etc... I would not be opposed for high schools to teach financial management and/or somehow make it legal for anyone to chastise the parents who constantly spoil their children and bail them out.

FajOuettes @ Bombers: Week Of Thread
I'm still amazed that Faj is leading the league in deep balls and yards per game passing. I never thought that this would ever happen.

I don't have the numbers but a large amount of people can't afford rent/mortgages but somehow still manage. Lots of people live in debt.

Our local married feminists sure are quiet when people make fun of the looks of a female PC candidate. 😕

FajOuettes @ Bombers: Week Of Thread
I love the city of Montreal, I had the chance to spend a week earlier this year and it's a beautiful city with a lively downtown. What I hate about Montreal is the annoying fan(s) who blare the air horns and whatever else during each home game. It really diminishes the experience on tv and I can only imagine how much worst it is in person.

Orange Team I'd like to see lose this week against Green Team I'd like to see lose Game Thread
I'm not sure if the Riders have a crap d-line or if BC's o-line was fantastic but numerous times Adams had zero pressure on him and all the time in the world to make his throws. I'd like to see how he performs with a steady stream of pressure on him.

US Politics
All Presidents for the last many decades have been puppets on stage being controlled by big business and others. Biden is just more comical because he comes off inept and senile and his legacy sadly will be him falling down stairs and falling asleep and being awkward with kids. All of them are corrupt, Dems / Reps / Tories / Liberals / NDP etc.... It would be naive to think that any of them are running with no skeletons in the closet.

VAJ is so hot and cold , I'm not sure why Farhan would X that? I had to chuckle at Suitor suggesting that Jones/Bane JR were elite, that the OC for Saskatchewan is a young up and coming coordinator, how VAJ is in the talks for MOP, his love for Save-On Foods.... he was in fine form tonight!

Week 11 - Blue Bombers (7-2) @ stumps(3-6) - GDT
Emmanuel Arceneaux who is old and way past his prime? Kyran Moore coming off three years of injuries and only one good season? Drops lots of balls. Dunbar who has a total of one 1000 yard season which was last season where he had exactly 1000 yards? I guess Dillon Mitchell thinks highly of himself based on a single 600 yard season? Geno Lewis is legit but ended up getting hurt early and has barely played. That receiving core is a whole lot of mediocre. That team also had (maybe still has) a terrible o-coordinator. McAdoo has always been the drizzling poops.

Week 11 - Blue Bombers (7-2) @ stumps(3-6) - GDT
No it isnt. Brown plays on the best team in the league and his big game was against the worst team in the league. Many players put in that position would also show well. He looked very mediocre / subpar when playing against a 3-6 Calgary team. It's a case of some people having blue tinted glasses. Yourself included.

Week 11 - Blue Bombers (7-2) @ stumps(3-6) - GDT
Not for Edmonton, Ottawa, and Hamilton. They are that bad that unless you bring a superstar game changing QB they wouldn't be much further ahead. Case in point look at ZC in Saskatchewan. You keep forgetting Dru Brown gameplay experience is with the best team in the league, I'm sure Tre Ford, Dustin Crum, Taylor Powell all would look light years better playing at QB for the Bombers. Watch the game yesterday, he had time in the pocket to make throws, his receivers were not dropping balls, he had a great running back helping him out. The dude just looked like a young player who isn't ready yet. Which is normal and is part of the growing pains of gaining experience. But to suggest he goes to Edmonton and instantly makes them better then what they are now with Tre Ford is silly.

Week 11 - Blue Bombers (7-2) @ stumps(3-6) - GDT
Largely disagree, all of those teams have terrible receivers, mediocre o-lines and a complete lack of a running game mostly because of the first two issues. This isn't like the dying days of the Matt Nichols time with the Bombers where everything was in place and only the QB was holding the team back.

Week 11 - Blue Bombers (7-2) @ stumps(3-6) - GDT
And that is exactly my point, Dru Brown playing behind a great team has him doing well. Dru Brown playing behind a terrible team.... odds are unlikely.

Week 11 - Blue Bombers (7-2) @ stumps(3-6) - GDT
Do you think he starting for Edmonton, Hamilton and Ottawa that his play would make any difference to the current situation that t hose teams have? Maybe in Saskatchewan because they have some talent at receiver and I do think they have decent rbs. I'm not saying that they wouldn't pay him to start... I don't see him succeeding with any of those teams unless they drastically change the look of what they currently have.

Week 11 - Blue Bombers (7-2) @ stumps(3-6) - GDT
I don't think that's a good idea. Brown wasn't terrible he still showed way more then a guy like Crum. He just looked like a guy making his 2nd ever start and still has much more room to grow. He may want to start on another team next year but I don't think he's ready nor does he have the physical tools to survive an onslaught. When Mike Reilly started he was a big dude and had a cannon arm, so he can on his own make things happen. I don't see that in Brown.
