  1. Suitor said in the first half that it was all on Fajardo for locking in and staring down his receiver which he was doing.
  2. I think it's more funny that on riderfans that they are now turning on Shaq Evans and giving Cody Farjado a pass. Saying that it's all on Evans for those interceptions because he didn't put enough effort into getting to the ball. LOL... I love how they can change reality and actually think that it's all on Evans for not leaping 10 feet in the air or for him to somehow come back 5 yards in a split second because the ball was massively underthrown.
  3. LOL @Riderfans . it's split between people saying that Fajardo is garbage and that they were lucky they won and the other half thinking that a great QB comes back from adversity and that Fajardo's TD drive in the 4th quarter completely negates everything he had done up until that point. That same split also sees half thinking Fajardo tossed completely terrible ints... the other half are blaming Evans and his route running!!!? LOL it's hilarious. IMO those ints were ALL on Fajardo... he had time, guys open, and just made terrible decisions and throws.
  4. That was the best possible outcome for the Bombers! Fajardo was absolutely atrocious , the Riders had massive holes protecting the run, Pardedes suddenly forgot how to kick.... and now we face a Rider team that against all odds won that game.
  5. Just want to chime in.... I never seen at half time the panel look so dejected and disgusted by how poor two teams played. Any of these 2 teams against Winnipeg tonight would of been clobbered.
  6. Outside of finding a better deep threat then Adams , the receivers we have now are a perfect compliment to each other. Had we been able to get Begelton to replace Adams that would of been an insane receiver group.
  7. And today I learned that East-Asian is a thing. So if someone is East Indian.... are they East Indian - South Asian?
  8. She truly is a nut job, some of the rants that she had left online are insane. The lady needs help.
  9. I can confirm, I worked with Environment Canada and the long term forecast (14 day) is mostly a joke.
  10. Why are people so rude? I think this does deserve its own thread maybe a mod can move all the discussions over here.
  11. You know what sounds easier and makes more sense and what had worked for many years.... having 3 qbs on a gameday roster....
  12. I want him long term , maybe get 2 more years of NFL experience and then come back to start with the Blue long term.
  13. Unfortunately I'd see other teams throwing big money at him to start. Zach has at least 3 more years left in him (maybe more). I don't see us moving on from him this soon.
  14. The place was open , I saw food and the lights were on. They just didn't have anyone behind the counter for at least 30 minutes while we sat and ate. I hope it does well, the T-Cona area needs much more diversity in its restaurants... we have way to much burger/pizza/american food joints.
  15. Pizza and Perogy planet are take out which are doing very well during COVID. It's the sit down places that took a kick in the pants during the lock down. I went to KP two weeks ago and the new African place was dead... so dead that they had no staff behind the counter! The food looked interesting though I'd give it a try had someone been at the counter.
  16. You are saying that it only takes a couple days of practice for a QB to fly in and learn the system. So you are saying that the receivers and o-line and everyone else need to re-learn our 2018-2019 playbook on top of everything new this year just to make this work. How does that make any logic. The only way any of this works is if Strev is signed and placed as our 3rd string QB running a small sub selection of plays. Rewatch the Montreal game , Mcguire who is a pocket passer was on the run quite a bit the pass protection wasn't nearly as good as what Brown had last week.
  17. In a rain filled game where he was getting little protection yes I watched that game. I also watched every other game and have seen a much different passing attack and far more creativity in the running plays and much more misdirection all around. If what you are saying is true then basically you are saying that Pierce is running a similar offense to LaPolice and that had LaPo stayed we would of had the exact same success.
  18. I say put Stove in on short yardage... nobody is going to push that guy back a yard.
  19. Time to get a Tesla and put it on auto drive
  20. Completely agree, we have seen a few instances of teams being forced to put a receiver in at QB because both rostered QBs go down in injuries.
  21. How much experience does Strev have running a Buck Pierce offense which is far different then a LaPolice offense, How many practices has he attended running this offense compared to McGuire?
  22. So if Zach gets hurt like Kevin Glenn did... then you run the same 6 short yardage plays in the Grey Cup? Wouldn't it make more sense to have McGuire who has been playing and learning our NEW system for the complete system and who can run every single play rather then a vanilla basic offense.
  23. I watch real football yes, I do not base real life football with playing Madden video games and assuming QB's can pick up everything in one week. Most smart coaches wouldn't invest 2 years in a QB only to dump him for the possibility of signing a guy and expecting him to pick up a brand new offense within a week and learn the full play book. If it were so easy then why wouldn't Saskatchewan sign Strev and put him in as a starter against Calgary?
  24. Yes because a DB is exactly the same as a QB.
  25. I can't see Edmonton going back to Jones.
