My quick two cents on the great thread debate of 2019. I dont post often. Usually come just to catch up on things. I personally dont mind it either way. If you have lots of threads then you have to scroll through pages to find older threads and if you have a few threads with lots of replies you have to scroll through pages. It is the same either way and you can't please everyone. The around the league offseason threads are a nice way to keep everything together and it doesnt take that long to scroll through and see where you left off. But I think big news topics should have there own thread. Big signings, big releases, major injuries etc. What we dont want is multiple threads discussing the same topic or the useless threads like what Andrew Harris had for breakfast. And because training camp is so short having one for each day is kinda silly. I like the one thread. Just my opinion.

And weren't we ridiculed for signing Medlock to a large contract? A guy who actually puts up a ton of points on the board? If Ryan could punt and kick field goals on top of being Canadian he would be worth $100k.

If he stays healthy it will. But they still have Collaros as a QB and showed last year that the D can only take you so far. The O is still a huge question mark over there.

I was busy last night and couldnt follow much of the draft. But after reading though it sounds as though the Bimbers had a good draft. But as always it's tough to judge until a few years later. Odd that the Riders would take 2 WRs early and and OL in the 6th round. I know they needed a Canadian WR but they have a pile of WRs on the roster. They need someone to throw them the ball and or they need to protect the QBs they have which they disnt address at all.

I'd even throw in a late-round draft pick.

This is a good idea.... send Rod Black over to be the Riders PBP and DT can call games on TSN. Win win.

And last year he was 9 games for 553 yrds and 1 TD. I think the point most are making is its risky taking a guy coming off a knee injury like that and expecting 2016/2017 #s

Don't laugh.....many on that "other site" are clamoring over the signing and saying its a great move and that he played so great last year......he had 24 less tackles last year than he did in 2017 which was his third best year in tackles..... if that's a "Great" signing IDK what they think a bad signing is.

Hes 30 and by far not his worst season last year. Hes good 2 good years left in him.
