Looked real bad on TV. Close to looking like a USFL game. Not quite there, but close.

Thought it was a solid game to start the year. Most concerning part was the attendance

I'm fairly sure Nichols led the league in Deep ball completions in 2019 before his injury. People have a weird memory. Nichols is a legend afaic and was maybe the biggest key to the Bombers getting over the hump to become a winning franchise. Collaros has brought things to another level though. Strev is a decent enough passer. I don't put too much on his mistakes throwing because that's what young QB's do for the most part. I'd be more than happy to have him back.

I would switch Hamilton and MTL but otherwise I completely agree.

Congratulations on making our point. IF your business can not pay a livable wage it 100% should fail. I've not run my own business, but I've worked for small businesses. I've also been in positions where I had to let people go because we couldn't afford to pay them a livable wage.

One more thing, the first riders TD pass. The ref in the back of the endzone called PI...they didn't discuss it at all during the game, but holy hell was that ever a bad call. The defender barely touched him, certainly didn't do anything to impede his ability to catch the ball. I couldn't believe they called that one.

I thought both QB's ended up showing quite well. I don't know what people were expecting exactly (you know with the roster around them). I was totally on board with Brown as the #2, but man did Prukop ever come out in the 2nd half and make some plays. Prukop impressed me more than Brown in the 2nd half. But I think Brown still has the edge due to his style of play. Would suck to lose a guy as athletic as Prukop though. And yes I know, the Bombers will be in tough if Collaros gets hurt...welcome to pro football. The only team that will actually get better with an injured starter is CGY, everyone else is just hoping the young guys can hold on. MTL is hoping Harris can some how figure out how to score points... Also I'm not at all sold on Thompson as the safety. Guy can hit like a truck, but much like Loffler, seems to be a step too late to actually break up the play. Alexander can't get healthy fast enough.

No he still called it wrong. There was helmet to helmet contact on that qb sack.

Was helmet to helmet. Was brief, but the right call. The announcers missed it. It wasn't the tackle that caused it.
