I don't think this series will be different then the regular season one. well maybe different in the Jets not winning a single game. I feel like you (assuming your an adult sports fan) should know by now that regular season play and Playoff play are two different things. Teams that have no business winning in the playoffs do...often. Also they broke the losing streak...the only streak they were on going into the playoffs was a winning streak. If you're worried about games that aren't the last game or the next, why not make yourself feel better by focusing on the early season success or mid season success...? Those games are just as relevant to the late season bed shitting. what you worry. No one is ignoring reality. You compared a couple playoff games to regular season (nothing left to play for) games. If you can't see why they shouldn't be/can't be compared I don't know what to tell you. Keep on worrying I guess.

Should also be added that they are likely 1st dose vaccinated (so not fully vaxed)....also is there any data on how long after they got the shot that they caught covid? I believe there is a 2 week window after your shot that you're basically at the same level of protection as someone who didn't get it. I've come to understand a lot of those types truly believe we have a 1st amendment lol.

The people I know went to the one on Higgins cause they heard they were having a hard time getting people in, so they went and got a shot without an appointment or even calling ahead.

you're missing on of the best parts of marketing. You don't always wait to see what people want and then sell that to them. You often have the ability as a marketer to TELL people what they want and then show them why. It's also been mentioned that young people don't necessarily like 4 down ball more then 3 down ball. They like the NFL because of hype etc around it. This is shown true when you look at the growth of american college ball compared to the growth of NFL. Most young canadians DON'T watch american college football. If they liked the NFL because of the rules, it's fair (not totally accurate though) to assume college ball would have similar growth patterns in Canada. Again it doesn't. So why are people (in Canada) watching the NFL but not college? And what can the CFL learn from understanding that?

I mean if you're looking for 100% safety you're already living in a dream world. If you have physical or mental limitations that hamper your ability to do what you need to do to feel safe then yeah my analogy doesn't work. If you're a relatively healthy individual, it's up to you to do whatever you can (which obviously excludes making/buying/getting immediate access to a vaccine) to FEEL safe. Keep in mind, feeling safe is often much different then actually being safe. But will reduce the overall stress you're facing. Case in point - wear masks, stay away from other people, use technology to help with what it can, stay off social media/news networks. Get off your butt and move your body. Whatever it might be...be creative etc etc etc...just stop relying on a government to make you feel better. They won't. yeah the half assed measures they used for the first and second wave completely ****** up how people are relating to the current measures. This government had about a 2 week period where they were doing well in 2020. Then....Restart MB happened and it's been downhill since.

I've said this from the beginning. If you're relying on any government to keep you safe. You're ******. People need to take responsibility for themselves and do what they need to do to feel safe. There's a certain amount of risk because of others behavior but at the end of the day the only one capable of keeping you safe....is you.

I've been saying since the start, this has amplified just how broken our society is on multiple levels. From early education/food systems/power supplies....etc etc. The potential for disaster is far closer then most people think. wasn't it new brunswick that just had an outbreak?
