    Fair enough, that's a better explanation. We will just have to agree to disagree that it's not exactly the same as what I originally thought. That initial comment, ment or not was very rider like. And I tend to lean in the direction of believing you, when you discuss your experiences etc., but at the end of the day I dont know you and you could be just some guy on the internet. I dont mean to be disrespectful, it's just how my mind works. If I dont have solid proof I wont fully believe. But like I said, I tend to believe you have the experience you say you do.

    I'm not sure what's confusing. Bubba doesn't want them to sign Jefferson if it means giving him 290k. He'd like something more reasonable like 240 or 250 etc (I'm assuming that's reasonable to him). It's honestly pretty easy to understand.

    Willie has had success with other very talented linemen. Every team hes been on he hasnt been the only "star". Willis in Edm. Hugh in ssk. Jeffcoat in wpg. And that's just the DEs, nevermind Lbs, and DT. Who does TO have? They can pay him and have a rookie. But they wont have a good Defence.

    Hes got basically everything you can get as a Defensive player. He did that by taking less to be on a team that was ready to win it all. Going for the Money now that he has a GC and MODP award wouldn't at all be surprising.

    If Argos end up paying the reported amount (280ish). They will find out real quick that there isnt a DE in the world who could make a defense all by himself. Cause they wont be able to pay anyone else on that D.

    If Roosevelt comes in he needs to replace someone who is penciled in already. (unless he is going to be the #1, which would surprise the hell out of basically everyone) Roosevelt won't take the place of (#1 spot), or Demski/ Wolly (because of passports). That leaves out Lawler/Bailey etc. Where do you think Roosevelt would fit?

    I don't think we need him though. Bombers need a game breaking WR, or one with the potential to grow into that (Ryhmes type). Roosevelt would be a decent vet add but I don't see where he fits in the O. Unless the team doesn't want to move forward with Lawler. I'm happy the Riders are ditching him, as he lit the bombers up on 2nd down conversions often.

    You mean the league that starts...tomorrow? They want a rec on the twilight of his career? interesting. I'm going to say it's likely another business/coaching opportunity. I don't see him jumping to another league at this point in his career.

    I'd be absolutely blown away if they start 3 Cnd receivers and let Bailey sit on the sidelines. In fact I'd be willing to bet money that it absolutely doesn't happen. (Outside of injuries).
