Is JC sherrit back for EDM? Heard he was practicing with the team? Also again, (as the bombers learned last week) it's difficult to beat a team 3 times in a row in one season. The stamps haven't played this version of EDM. It's all up to CGY's D. I honestly have no doubts Edm D will limit CGY's O, even with a healthy Bo. Keep Edmonton under 20 points or it's a big L for little Dicky and the tramps.

He does have a decent supporting...cast.

It's hard to beat a team three times in a row in one season. TO is at home, KG is starting in a playoff game. (yes he won last week, against ott...great) I'm taking TO, SSk has been playing well. But TO is rested, and that Dline is going to create pressure. If I'm a TO db lining up against carter, I'm doing nothing but complimenting him. Don't let him get intense and really needing to prove something. Not sure why players do that against him. Getting him fired up is the worst thing you can do. Keep it light and all compliments = shitty day for Carter.

Not hearing back from the agent, likely has more to do with the fact his agent isn't legally allowed to operate in the CFL. Which was discovered after the initial talks started/after his agent ran his mouth. Also, during negotiations, you don't want the other side to think (even if it's a given) that you don't have other options. That's a really really bad tactic. Being a **** of an agent isn't great either though.

I just don't see him going from one of the highest paid players in the league. To back up money. WPG won't pay him. If he comes here it's for back up cash. He could even end up in TO. Decent situation there, and Ray has maybe 2 years left.

Can't see him choosing WPG when MTL and even BC/SSK have dicey QB situations at best.

Exactly, the players are there. There could always be upgrades, but it's not like he was working with a 2015 Rider defence. He had an all star at almost every position (before injuries started). Corner, HB, DL, Safety and LB (though not MLB or WIL)

I'm going to assume the weather played into having no TV's. They were there for all the other games. And I only buy beer from stand alone beer vendors. I also sit on the North side of the East upperdeck, but come up on the south side and both ends had vendors.

Good points I suppose. Still I'm not sure I'm convinced the D would have improved. Maybe the O would have been able to carry them a bit more had Adams been in there.

Honestly, the best thing for this Defence (besides ditching Hall) might be Bond going to the NFL( asumming that happens) allowing a CND to play LG.

not much. Which is why this season was a bit of a disappointment for me. Not really. I mean 12-6 is great. But with the way the season started, the way they were playing in the first half of the year I was convinced they would only continue to improve as the colder weather came on. I posted about it often, how they hadn't played their best game yet (back in august). and that they were only going to get better....turns out they had played their best.

which game was his punting that bad? Unequivocally? His punting was fine basically all season, save for maybe one or two shanks.

Only Rec I'd like to see back at TC are Adams, Dressler, Givens and washington (I know, I think he deserves another shot though). The rest we should be able to find something better.
