The playbook and Denmark are likely very good at setting it up. Running something that looks like he's going to run that route, but then running something else. Especially because he's been so good at it for his entire BB career (1st Career TD was on that route from Buck). So I'd imagine there's a lot of setup for that route before he runs it. What makes it even more impressive, is that he can usually get completions on that route multiple times a game.

That's what I've been wondering for years. That's Denmarks speciality. It's surprising how many times he's able to get open running that route. Imagine if he had Ricky Ray in his prime, he'd score 15 tds a year.

I think Neufield is closer to the edge than Richards.

excited may be a bit of a stretch. Seeing a lot of "he'd be a decent back-up/role filler" etc. And some "no thanks". Worst season after backing up one of the best NI's rec in the league. It's not like he was starting every game as a slot or something. Context is important.

They're really only funny and worth more discussion when the team goes on about how the "big name" free agent signed with them and got a nice SIGNING (not the same as a Roster bonus fyi) bonus only to retire before even playing a single game. I know you want to try to make it seem like the Price and Waggoner situations are similar (maybe to help make you feel better about that horrible off season last year?). But they aren't. Except for the fact that both players played football in the CFL. Waggoner actually played for the bombers. Unlike Mo, who played Jones and the Rider organization. So again, I know priders are all over Bomber retirements with "I guess it's not funny when it happens to you" and the like. But the Mo price situation is unique in that he never once played for the riders, AND was a bigger name. So while other teams have had oddly timed retirements. Nothing has come close to being as funny as the Price retirement. I hope that helps clear up this insanely easy to understand situation for you.

I would say he is a bust. ST work with the pedigree he can in with just doesn't cut it for me. Saying that, he did contribute a bunch on ST and I wish him luck in the future.

Yes, you're pretty much correct. Okpalaugo has previous experience in the CFL and made a solid impact with the team he played for, seen as as very solid signing from the Blue. Where as Jackson hasn't done anything yet. So while it's likely a solid pick up he doesn't bring the CFL "cred" with him.

I agree with your statement. But he dropped more than 2 balls last year also. When you watch the games, given their opportunities JFG made more of them, than Kholert. And he (JFG) was clearly the better rec of the two, last year.

I have a lot of expectations for him this year. Hoping our ends provide some serious pressure and are amongst the best in the league.

Just a pet peeve of mine and off topic. But has BLM ever been on a team that wasn't already stacked? Not sure I've ever seen him win a game all on his own. He's had upper/elite team mates at the most important positions on O his entire career. I don't want to say he isn't elite, but I just can't remember him taking games over like other elite QB's. I donno, maybe I'm wrong.
