I think we're looking at it two different ways. but will just have to agree to disagree at this point. -

I feel like we are going in circles. He is in the Top position of the CFL. Every CEO every President, etc etc (good ones anyway) will get involved in some capacity (not doing everything) when a certain aspect of their company is failing. This isn't rocket science, it's good business. You're right, he's not going fix things himself. However, he should still be very much involved in the planning/implementation etc etc of the process to turn things around. He's not going to do it himself. But he will be involved. As he should be. -

His job is to improve the brand (business). Making a healthier TO market will do that. I'm sure he doesn't think it's his job to do the day to day of improving it. But it certainly should be his responsibility to make sure things are moving in the right direction for that franchise, along with every other franchise. -

The CFL is a business. When one aspect is failing it hurts the business as a whole. -
That legit made lol in my office. Nicely done!

he failed to mention the two times he hit wide open receivers for TDs...but why focus on the positive when there's so much to ***** about.

Especially when said Coach is a hall of fame MLB who won multiple championships. Fairly sure he knows a thing or two about the game and how to flip momentum.

Tburg = spend as much time possible complaining about anything and everything, waiting ten minutes and then get confused as to why people think he's a negative nancy.

I'm going to disagree with you about the ALs Dline. Those guys don't strike fear into anyone. -

The best move might be Steele or LaFrance honestly. Though Im not sure anyone is going to be capable behind that oline. -

Regular Season - Bomber News, Developments & Speculation

I think the bombers Dline is set up perfectly to stuff Marshall. He's not that great outside the tackles, his bread and butter is up the middle and making the big guys miss. Saying that, I was a big fan of his while here and thought he should have gotten more of a chance. He moves his feet well and can run people over. Not so sure he can flat out run by defenders but he can get the job done between the guards. Which is unfortunate for him coming up against Nevis and Poop. -

51% percent of the time is a lot though. Also I don't remember, when was the last time the steelers won a grey cup? -

That's all I've heard, is how Loffler is a big soft teddy bear running around out there. Didn't you see him try to hug Arceneaux last year? -

Minority? Guy is still real young with lots of upside. I don't think there is a team in the league that wouldn't be interested given his skill set if he was released. -

Band aid for when DD eventually goes down to Injury and Adams shits the bed. -
Yeah I have no idea how he was allowed to push off so much. The DB's all had decent position until he pushed too. Should absolutely be PI on him for that. Hope the CFL clarifies.

the fact Dunigan said it could be the best of all time makes me never want to put his jersey on ever again. I have no idea how he could say that, considering some of the past corps out there. Stegall Simon bruce immediately comes to mind. But even past MTL/BC/CGY teams are better on paper, and then in actual games. Really shocked me he'd go that far.

I'd really like Loffler to have a mid field meeting with Carter on the 1st.

not misunderstood at all. He beat Reilly in TC for the starters spot. Had his foot flipped around on a play, and Reilly never looked back. It's not a shot at either players talent. I don't think anyone would say Edmonton was foolish to stay with Reilly, but it also doesn't change the fact that Nichols was the starter at that time. So contrary to your belief, Nichols has proven himself as a starter, not only coming out of a competitive TC but also stepping in and taking the reigns when asked to mid season including a win at the last ever labour day in the barn.
