  1. the game is on Thursday Noeller!!!!
  2. Damn so he'll miss one more week
  3. Anyone know what is up with Henoc? I'm a big Wild fan, but I'm not blind to the fact that he struggled against Messam (not the only one who did). With him and Steele being in the West, I'd like to think we have someone who can take on the power backs. But after CGY, I'm not sure we do.
  4. He had a solid one last year in BC when injuries gave him the starting job. Looked fairly decent. Should be a solid player for edmonton.
  5. Did you not see the riders defence last year? Their Offence wasn't why they lost all those games. Either way, Hall isn't going anywhere. His Defence isn't why the Bombers are losing.
  6. yeah....keep telling yourself that. lol
  7. But if he's paying attention, and he sees the qb not getting things together quickly enough. Why not call a timeout? Maybe he didn't notice his QB wasn't getting things together quickly enough....but then wtf was he paying attention to? I know we're talking about a few seconds, and its hard to make those decisions at the time. And you know if this was the first time the bombers have had time management issues under Oshea, I'd understand. But it isn't.
  8. And the mental mistakes are still there. By MOS I mean. That clock management yesterday was maybe the worst I've ever seen when you take into consideration how often something similar to that has happened in the last two years.
  9. that's too bad for MTL and Green. It's gonna be really hard to come back from that.
  10. yeah there's got to be more to the story.
  11. after they let the time run out at half without scoring my patience has run pretty damn dry. Not completely, but I would really like to see Nichols have some time when Willy struggles to move the ball. I'm not saying that it was Willys fault for that half time fiasco either. Just saying the team needs to be shook up. There seems to be no life, no heart nothing. And it's painful to watch. Letting the time run out like that, speaks volumes about how much MOS/LAPO/HALL and ultimately Willy is in control. Absolutely no excuse to let that happen (again). Tired of seeing mental mistakes like that in a 3rd year coach/team. I honestly couldn't believe it when I was watching.
  12. To be fair, there was the drop by Smith you mentioned, then the over throw to Smith down the middle where he had beat everyone that would have been a TD and another over throw by Willy to Smith on a corner route that certainly had the potential to be a TD, and another miss opportunity to Adams down the sideline that would have been 6. Soooo there was more than the one dropped ball. There was plenty of opportunities that they missed.
  13. I'm too old to know what IWWT means. Industrial Water Way Treatment? Illinois Wireless wind tunnel?
  14. 1st there's no way of knowing Walters didn't try to get Glenn. 2nd I believe he was injured when we ended up trading for Nichols 3rd I thought Glenn didn't go to MTL till close to the end of the year, if I'm remembering correctly that likely means he wasn't available until well after the Bombers were trying to save the season.
  15. Andrew Harris
  16. Jyles in that thanksgiving day OT win comes to mind. Though I can't remember how much they were down by.
  17. I don't believe he has been released has he?
  18. Any serious CFL fan knows that a 2 score lead can evaporate in a hurry, especially in the 4th quarter during an away game. It's happened countless times in the CFL. NFL - totally agree, it would be garbage time. CFL - 2 score lead - game isn't over until the clock is under 30 seconds regardless of how the Off has been playing.
  19. Rogers was also a Rookie. Jorden is in his 4th year with the Stamps. That's the difference.
  20. I'm not surprised by this. Wouldn't be surprised to see him miss the next couple actually. Hopefully Mayo can step up and show something!!!
  21. Totally agree, I always have to remind myself of this. "the score could have been way worse!" but it wasn't, it wasn't because the Bombers made the plays they had too to keep it close. Plain and simple. It doesn't matter if MTL totally screwed up a play or not. What matters is the result of the play.
  22. He did make a few solid hits. And seemed to get under the skin of Sutton. This likely speaks to the lack of production from the other safeties though.
  23. More often than not they were either too late, or entirely ineffective. Bass' hit on Glenn being one of the few examples of when they worked.
  24. yeah I think we had a sack, but it was called back due to a phantom face mask call. Also MTL didn't really have to deal with a lot of Blitzes...for some reason that wasn't in our game plan. And when we did blitz it was obvious where it was going to come from well before the snap.
