I thought he would have started. But when he came in he looked as awful as ever. He sucks. That's why he didn't play. If you think any professional coach does things in game, especially a playoff game to stick it to the fans....im not even sure where to go with this conversation. You're living in a dream land. And I'm not even defending the coaches cap. I'm 100% disagreeing with the notion that coaches will purposefully tank their team because "they know they'll be back". There are adjectives I'd use to describe that kind of.thinking, but I don't want to set you off on another tangent.

Thats a new one to me. I've heard of those dogs creating packs and causing havoc in communities which is when the shooting starts. Dogs can't go back to wolves....that's just not how it goes.

My receipts were the mounds of chicken fingers/fries/pierogies I consumed at the West K club growing up. The bar staff/restaurant staff baby sat me on more than a few occasions.

No it's seen an uptick in younger crowds lately. Not as big as it was in early 90s but it's slowly coming back. Who knows if that will be sustained enough to actually grow the game again, but i do see more and more colleagues getting into it. I grew up at the clubs, my dad was president of one and my brother has gone to the Brier a few times so I saw a lot of it back in the day....never was my thing, but I enjoy the odd game here and there.

I'm the same. I watch basically every minute of every game....with some exceptions.

They have his pre game speech online....and...it was awkward. Didn't really seem to drive anything home...just looked like the players didn't give a **** about him at all

Imo this is the biggest issue with CFL qbing. I'm not sure why, but lots of teams don't seem to let guys develop.

They seemed to be getting him ready. He's their 500k qb. He played his best ball in years the past few weeks....as far as I know he's not hurt. I'd be pissed if I was the GM. A backup qb at that price is hard to swallow.

I'm undecided on who I want to win this weekend. I'd love for BC to come here and get **** kicked again. Just so there's no debate about who is better.... But watching DD leave with an L is also very appealing....and of course BC not even being good enough to get here wouldn't hurt.

I actually forgot about that aspect of it, when will he even be ready to start competing again? He went down in July?

Both can try to hang on. I'm expecting it won't be either of their decisions whether they're playing or not.

Absolutely. Especially to start the year. If they had even competent qbing they would have pushed TO....likely not out of 1st. But maybe got a win on them.
