  1. Honestly I think he was just panicking and wanted to make sure he got a throw off. But yeah, bad throw, worse decision. The play should have been...throw it to Lewis no matter what.
  2. Yeah I was also pretty critical of Thompson but he's developed nicely
  3. Yeah it's really hard (and usually just a bad idea) to send more than 5 guys at Bo, he can read a Defense quickly and his release is quick as well. Gotta get pressure with 4 ideally. Stopping Carey is probably priority #1 though. It depends I guess. Having covid doesn't mean you were down and out. Could have been a minor head cold for them and they just were told to stay away until they test negative.
  4. This is not true. Taylor explained a stat where the Bomber RBs have been hit in the backfield more times already than all of last season. No one is saying Harris wouldn't be a better option at this point. But pretending like he'd be able to turn chicken **** into apple pie is odd to say the least...
  5. It's hard to show anything when you're getting smacked as soon as you get the ball.
  6. Harris being gone hurts for sure. But the difference in Oline play is a much bigger factor.
  7. I'm heading to the lake...if it's cloudy the reception is ****! Hoping for clear skies!!
  8. He's absolutely been causing pressure. Lots of it. He's not getting home, but he is moving the pocket almost every play.
  9. I'm guessing he doesn't talk to Fajardo very often
  10. That's from Monday morning. The covid/illnesses was released yesterday.
  11. The players who are impacted are not even in CGY if I understand correctly. This is coming off a Bye week, so players went home and have not returned.
  12. Yes I agree. I'm not saying he's played in what is traditionally the #2 spot. I'm saying he's consistently been put into a position to be the #2 because he's earned that and he has the skill set to succeed, this not only means where he lines up but the schemes and routes he's been a part of/able to run. Mcknight has not been put in to those opportunities because he likely doesn't have the skill to succeed. We're essentially arguing the same thing. I'm just saying Schoen is better and has therefore been given more opportunities. I believe you're saying Mcknight has been given the same opportunities but hasn't done anything with them. On that, we will have to agree to disagree.
  13. Schoen has been wr #2 since the jump. The opportunities are not the same lol
  14. Sounds like the Stamps are also dealing with some illnesses...including Covid. And including some big time players - Starting LT/RB/LB among others.
  15. He's absolutely not gotten the same opportunity as Schoen lol. Much more than Agudosi though. I'm hopeful he doesn't actually see the field in any meaningful games though.
  16. I'm not a huge fan other signing either. Mostly because he wasn't put into a position to do much, and there's likely a reason for it. I was simply pointing out that you saying he doesn't catch the ball when thrown at him...or He has had balls go his way. He doesn’t catch them. isn't true. he has indeed caught...now you're moving the goal posts. I was simply addressing the notion that he has bad hands. That's not the case.
  17. He caught 15 of 21 last year. That's more than adequate.
  18. you know...all those penalties his team has taken kinda leads people to believe that his team is undisciplined...people aren't just making it up
  19. https://3downnation.com/2022/07/26/that-negativity-has-lingered-on-riders-craig-dickenson-suggests-garrett-marino-fiasco-affecting-penalty-calls/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter This is a real quote from the HC... "when you talk about a team as being possibly undisciplined a lot of times then the refs look at the team the same way.” Possibly undisciplined? Possibly? lol
  20. TO always has ****** the scheduling up too. First it was because of the Jay's, now it's because of FC. Argos aren't and won't ever be a priority there.
  21. Yeah the Schedule makes no sense...but with the start the Bombers have had, it now favours them. More homes games and Byes in the 2nd half will make this team very strong!
  22. Don't you guys know...if the Bombers had to deal with the injuries the criders have the records would be similar! Bombers are just lucky they haven't had their top 2 receivers go down...followed by back up receivers going down over and over again...I mean could you imagine if they had to play without a starting WIL...or SAM....or Safety...or DE? It's just ridiculous the lack of injuries the Bombers have had to deal with this year! (according to some at riderfans no other team is dealing with significant injuries)
  23. don't see him ever playing for a MOS team again.
