I'm to the point where I would be calling Taman to swing some sort of deal to get Willy and tell Hank to **** himself. Part of the deal with the Riders would be that the Bombers continuing to negotiate with Burris so Edm ends up paying and arm and leg for him. Bombers can then sign Willy and use the extra $$$ on signing some of the bigger name FA.

I have a feeling Banks will be fun to follow on twitter.

Should the Bombers management consider making a trade for Willy's rights? I know that winnipeg is pretty well the only place that the starting position is considered wide open, however Edmonton and Montreal may consider bringing him in to compete for the #1 job.

A lot of people thought Hebert was "over the hill" and "done" when he came back from the NFL. I think his has been just as much of an impact player (maybe more so) than when he left. I would love to have Banks and his intensity on this Defense. That fire has been missing quite some time. Hopefully his tenacity would become contagious. Let's face it the Bombers right now are not in a position of strength. It's going to take a couple of years to rebuild their reputation and become a desirable organization to play for again. The only way that is going to happen is by winning consistently. If the club needs to bring other teams so called "scraps" then so be it. Hopefully IF the club can even sign some of these types of guys, they come with a chip on their shoulder a something to prove to the rest of the league. We just need a year or two of winning before the club can start attracting some key FA that can make an impact. It is crucial for things to turn around now and have their success peak for the 2016 season when the city hosts the Grey Cup. In the meantime Walters/Danny Mac and company need to bust their butts looking at guys that can be brought in to hopefully be the teams future success.

Missing out on opportunities like this is why there is such a large and growing defeatist attitude among those who cheer for this team.

By signing Willy first though he may see it as an opportunity to start. Burris could always be signed by Montreal as a backup. Isn't Marsh a FA as well?

The Bombers better sign Willy first then Burris. If they sign Burris first I think there is more of a risk on him signing elsewhere.

Not so fast...If Collaros and Burris sign in Hamilton and Winnipeg, Will could very well re-Sign with the Riders, or follow Khari to Bc, or the Argos for the big money they were throwing at Collaros to stay. If Willy is going to be a back up wherever he goes there will be 7-8teams could possible be in the running.

Maybe Willy can bring Dressler with him.

I was hoping to see Aprile back but me I think this all but guarantees Kolhert will be back.

If Burris signs here early, Willy may just decide to re-sign with the Riders. If he's going to be a back up it may make more sense to be with the coaching staff he knows and the team that will give him the best chance at collecting the extra playoff $$. If Collaros decides to sign with Hamilton, the Bombers should then focus on signing Willy then Burris. Burris would have no better option other than perhaps being a back up in Montreal.

So can someone clarify whether or not Andrew Harris is or is not a FA? There was lots of talk at the end of the season that he may be interested in coming home to play. What was that about as I can't seem to find it anywhere that states that he will be a FA.

Should there be a poll on who we would like to see as QB or we think will be signed? I even wonder what the chances are of getting 2 of the 3.

I'm going to try something new for me....instead of focussing on my disappointment of the individuals hired in the Coordinator positions...I'm going to take an approach that maybe as a collective group they may develop a certain chemistry to be successful. It's become too easy as of late to right this team off before they have even had a snap. I'm really hoping they walk the walk with regards to being aggressive in free agency and that right combination of players and staff turn things around for this club.

I would say Montreal would be a better situation for Hank if Hamilton moves on and Wpg signs Collaros. Willy will also be a back up where ever he goes. He may very well choose to stay in Sask and continue to develop.

Maybe with O'Shea being an ex-CDN LB he and Henoc will make a connection that may influence Him to re-sign.

I don't know why but I don't think it matters if Henoc signs with an NFL team or not. I don't believe he'll re-sign with the Bombers.

Anyone think that Buck comes to his senses and finally retires? He's got some pretty firm roots in winnipeg now. I'd also like to see Lobo back coaching LBs
