I'm not sure we can do total shutdowns anymore. I suspect we are looking at years of this. I dont think our society can handle it economically or socially. But, broadening of vaccine passport requirements ? Yes ! More enforcement ? Yes, especially in areas that we know aren't compliant. And bring a big hammer when you do it. No tickets since October in Southern is ridiculous.

I am part of an organization with multiple branches in Manitoba ,one of which is mine. The head of this organization has been involved for over 40 years in it. I studied under that person for many many years.I had a great deal of respect and admiration for them. But they have fallen down the rabbit hole of anti mask/Vax. That means the 30 + people in that branch are out of luck. So after 40 years they are willing to ignore a life's work and at least temporarily close the branch. Frankly I don't understand it. Meanwhile my branch continues on. I am considering my options as far as my association with the organization. I'm sorry this is all so vague but I'm not willing to give details out. Just voicing my frustration and disappointment.

My son's wife is re-entering the healthcare system after being off on maternity leave. She will be dealing with a certain group in Southern who will have a very, very high rate of non compliance for vaccinations. She said part of her job as well as the medical part will be trying to convince them to get vaccinated. I worry about her.

Manitoba curlers certainly ruled the women's side of the trials ,3 out of the top 4 in the round robin. I feel bad for Fleury after she was so dominate all tournament. Take notice Bombers.

That didn't take long. I posted an article last Wednesday and they were talking about a few cases in South Africa.

Another variant to keep an eye on. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/nov/24/scientists-warn-of-new-covid-variant-with-high-number-of-mutations

He might not know the current playbook but he is very familiar with his teammates. He knows what everyone ,the Oline, backs, and recievers do when things break down. He knows the CFL. As it has been said they could cook up a small set of plays specifically for him. I would be way more comfortable with him in if something happens to Collaros. And I sure as heck don't want to see him on another team during this run.

" Rider fans are everywhere " They just came to watch a real football team. -
I'm not sure but I doubt it because it involves the courts. That makes it tough to hide. I'm not saying this because I think the PCs are moral saints

Sweet run by Augustine -
There is nothing they can do " internally " if she takes it to the courts. And that doesn't change the fact that this wouldn't and probably isn't costing public money. Any other party ( and I am sure they are ) should be rubbing their hands with glee over this. When parties turn carnivorous the public generally reject them. There is no better example than the NDP under Salinger. It allowed Pallister to walk in. You could probably add the Federal Greens in the last election. You are making alot of stuff up there. And I'm no fan of Pallister.

I don't see how public funds could be involved in this case. It's Glover herself challenging the PC party. And Glover has some wealthy supporters backing her. Edit : I suspect

I will say this about the pandemic, it has made me much more aware about how ignorant some people are. And I suppose more aware of how some ruthless people will exploit said ignorant people. Incidentally I used borax on an anthill once and it may have killed a nearby tree.

Also found under the headline " What humans do when they get bored with screwing around with the earth."

Or worse as there are less religious zealots in Russia.

Maybe because it tells you alot if the guy can or can't work through his problems. I'd definatly have left him in a game that means nothing
-
Considering Montreal has both Cooper and McGuire on their payroll the Bombers have done well to keep the game relatively close.

Same guy who successfully kicked an extra point ?

That should give the kid a bit of confidence!

There we go !

I'm afraid Mcquire is straight up rattled. But I'd leave him in .They need to see if he can work his way through it. If he can't then they need to look elsewhere next year.

That was a better return. Catch it on the run and drive ahead
