I believe that was Reebok's idea behind the new look. Right, but if you're known for certain colors like Blue and Gold, you'd think you'd keep those colors in the mix. The SK board is saying the same thing about their colors...where's the white? It would be like removing the gold helmets from the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Do that and watch the fans freak out.

I think they're all crap. Not that they're bad, but they're unimaginative and not creative (maybe a couple of the helmets are creative like Calgary's, but that's it). And half of them aren't even the right colors. These are just a big pile of meh.

of course it's a cash grab, every time they come up with a new jersey it's a cash grab. Did they need to do new jerseys a couple years ago? No but they can sell more if there's a new style. It's kind of hard to sell a retro jersey from a short time ago so they're going with this crap. I am just sick and tired of seeing ugly jerseys. The ones we wear now are gross, these ones seem like they'll be even grosser. Stop giving us crap for a jersey and I bet you grab more cash out of it. I know right? That's the uniform they could have done the most with and they failed miserably. Just makes me sad. I hate reebok. Their shoes suck too.

Don't know what you are talking about. I bought a new jersey (pre-order) and was high fiving a lot of people wearing the same jersey. PS I wasn't drunk and the other people were not in the mirrors in the washrooms. What's it like being an Argo fan? I mean, really. Imagine us playing the Argo's in those uniforms. Would they even know who to throw the ball to?

I am sorry but this is a stupid ******* statement to make. Just because there are other issues doesn't mean we can't take steps to fix one of the problems... that being Grigsby. He's not good enough as he is now regardless of what we have at OL. If he wants to start running harder then by all means he can stay, but he's gotta show that for more than just the 4th quarter. Give Cotton a chance see if it improves (and no 4 carries in the 3rd quarter against montreal don't count as a chance). It might help even with those other problem areas. You can work on more than one area at a time you know. It's easier to replace one player than 5. Ok! I'm done on this. Let's put in Cotton and see what happens. Only time will settle this issue. No one is saying Cotton is the answer. We're just stating that he still hasn't been given a fair shake. You can't tell anything from a few carries a game. It's like if we only put in Willy for 1 quarter of the game and he missed a bunch of throws. Everyone would say he's ****. But give him a whole game and all of a sudden he finally starts producing in the 4th quarter and we all hail him the hero. Putting a player in the whole game and giving him proper reps gives him perspective of what's going on. Grigsby's had many chances to be in all 4 quarters of almost every game and he hasn't shown us that much. So until Cotton has been given 4 quarters, you can't judge him. Giving a player all 4 quarters allows them time to read the defense better and make adjustments to their game play. Sure one of the guys picked him up and slammed him on the ground, he's small. But if you give him enough carries he'll start to figure out how to get around those players or to somehow get through them. Again, no one is saying Cotton is the answer. We're just pointing out that he hasn't been given the chance. We saw him play really well in the first and second quarter of 2 preseason games, so we know there's something there. And if he's not the one, then our scouting team needs to find someone from the NFL cuts.

I'd rather have Mike Tyson use me as a punching bag. Garcia was amazing compared to Buck. Not that that translates into coaching skills. But I'd rather take my chances with a QB who actually knew how to throw a football.

I wouldn't call 4 carries in the entire game the "whole 3rd quarter". You guys need to stop acting like Cotton was given the ball 10-20 times in the game. I'm not saying he's the guy, but you can't judge him on a few plays. And I'm just gonna come right out and say it. Our RB coach is Buck Pierce. Why is a QB teaching a RB how to play? It's no wonder our RB isn't getting better. Grigsby is pretty much getting lucky with his runs. What he excels at is his ability to receive.

I think this is one of the only times I agreed with Schultz when he said "where's the gold?!?!?"
