Could it really be that worse than what we're used to in Winnipeg? I think in this case, you'd have to watch 2 teams that suck instead of just one. But maybe evening that out might make it appear to be good.

I'd watch it, but I also care about the players. Sure, before Milt was a famous receiver we didn't know him, but after we did, I wouldn't not want to see him play. Players like that are exciting to watch and it makes you want to root for them. Same with Khari. Remember when his face was all over the bus's in Winnipeg. It was awesome PR cause he was a great football player and a really likable guy. I like seeing guys I know are Bombers, go out there and kick ass as well as get out into the community. Sure the names on the backs of the jersey change as time changes, but for a few years in a row I like to chant a name and be excited to see him come out to play.

I never saw the post...I assumed the world was ending when I noticed it was down. Yeah, I'm mostly on the CFL's side on this. This is not the NFL, we do not have multiple TV stations broadcasting our games for multimillion dollar contracts with millions and millions of fans all over North America. We have 1 TV station that increased it's contract for...how long? And will it continue to increase after this contract is up? The fan base is small as well and we don't charge $300 for a seat per game. On the side of the CFLPA, I think that 4.8 is just a tad low, and would probably be more inclined to give them 5.5 with increases over the next 5 years.

Since he believes in what the Bible says, is it WRONG for him to claim what his beliefs is teaching him ? Don't get me wrong: I'm not defending Price here. Price's jersey has gotta be a blend of fabrics right? The Bible is a crock. He can believe what he wants, just don't pick and choose. See, now what you just said can be taken as ignorant and hateful. Why is it ok for you to say that about the bible, something billions of people believe in and feel is sacred to them, but it's not ok for Price to say what he did? FYI I have gay friends too, but I find it funny that people get so freaked out when someone says anything against homosexuality, but it's ok to go around blasting people's religions and spiritual beliefs.

That there is the problem in this world. Everyone has an agenda. It's always going to be bent in a way that makes your story, and whatever you're "selling", look better.

If you read Price's tweet correctly, you'd know that his comment was not homophobic. He's stating that his faith doesn't allow him to accept what happened. He himself has nothing against the guy. If you read both tweets you'd know. Now why he decided to post that at all, I have no idea. Most of those guys are just loud mouths that like to blab a lot.

Maybe his whole sentence got autocorrected and he meant to say "Bellefeuille sucks". I dunno, that's what I got from it anyway.
