  1. OMG GET OUT OF THERE!!! Don't people know the Flying Dutchman when they see it!?!?
  2. I figured X-23 would show up if Sinister was involved seeing as how he's huge into cloning. This would also pass the torch of Wolverine onto the new actress....only thing is, this is set in the future not the "present" 1980's X-Men. I don't get how they're going to do this. I wish they'd just scrap everything except Deadpool and start over in the "Deadpool" X-Men universe. If they cross over with any of their movies X-Men/Deadpool/Wolverine/New Mutants, there's going to be SOOOOO many plot holes. Deadpool and, I believe, New Mutants will be in the present. X-Men in the past, and female Wolverine the Future. It's all so screwed up. I think I'm done with Singer being the mind behind all these movies and just start over with actual continuity.
  3. There is a huge amount of people who prefer this than 22 episodes. I've also read a lot of people say they'd actually prefer a 10 episode season instead of 13.
  4. That's a damn good point that I never thought of. Usually when most people get into an incident somewhere, fear makes them not want to go back/do it again. At least not right away. Especially a kid. Something that traumatizing happens to a kid, they do NOT want to go back to the point where it happened. Now maybe this mom is just amazing and makes her kid do it to get over the fear...I don't know. But stuff like this makes me scratch my head. And bunnyhug? Wtf...I don't even...
  5. Damn you Billabong...damn youuuuu.....
  6. See, here's what I don't get. If people were teasing my kid because he was wearing a green sweater, I'd tell him to take off his sweater to walk back to the car and show that he's wearing a Bomber shirt. Boom, incident over. I mean, it wasn't that cold on Saturday that the kid couldn't have walked 20 minutes or whatever to get back to their car. It's simple stuff like this that doesn't make sense to me. Take the damn sweater off. And what fool let's their kid bring a green sweater to a Winnipeg vs Sask game when you're a Bomber fan? Also, were there other Saskatchewan fans being razzed by all these people? Yeah, sure, you could make the argument, why should he have to take his sweater off. But if you're getting laid into by people, the first thing I'd do is rip my sweater off and show them I'm wearing a Bomber shirt and say "Look moron, I'm a Bomber fan! I put the damn sweater on cause I was cold". I dunno, that's just me. And again...CBC articles...one sided and full of BS most of the time. Not saying this whole thing was fabricated but...just feels like there are holes. Just my opinion.

  8. I'd have lost my **** and grabbed the guy and probably done something stupid. And then I probably would have gotten my own ass kicked since I'm not a big guy. That's one thing the story kind of glosses over. Someone spilled beer on your kid and you didn't freak out on the guy? You're either one laid back lady or you're not telling the whole story. Like I said, either way, you don't do stuff like that to anyone, kid or otherwise.
  9. Any article you read on CBC is garbage. They take one side of the story and run with it making it look like one side is super bad and the other is this poor innocent victim. So take that fwiw. Either way, picking on a kid is stupid. Unless the kid started it, then shaming the kid is fully supported. But seriously, if the story is true and they did pick on the kid then they're just idiots. Edit: fyi my comments are related to the first one not the Sun story.
  10. I expected a better joke from you. I'm disappointed. Next time I want to see better effort.
  11. I'm just about done rewatching Enterprise. The last season is actually decent compared to the rest. Finally getting interesting. I liked all the characters except Reed and Trip actually. Although Trip started to grow on me. The whole temporal story line was just annoying as hell. Enough with the time travel ****. This show could have been so much better and they just wrecked it.
  12. Loved Moore and all the camp that went with him. And Daniel Craig cannot act. He's nothing but a 2 dimensional actor. But hey, if you like him, all the power to you. FYI, Connery used to bodybuild. He was in a Mr. Universe competition in 1953. No other Bond beats Connery.
  13. Craig is the worst. He's a thug that can't act. Connery, Moore, Brosnan...the rest are moot.

  15. That could be interesting. Would she still be called Elizabeth Tucker though if Section 31 was trying to keep her secret?
  16. I don't want to sound negative, but I'm gonna...this sounds like garbage. From what he's saying, to the look of the ship. And what's with the "we won't know her real name for a while" crap? Seriously? Everyone is just going to call her Number One? And since when has their ever been a Klingon Captain of a Federation Starship? Worf was the first Klingon in Starfleet. Uggh...this is why I hate prequels. I wish they'd just continue on after Voyager or something.
  17. Remember I said MOST of our decent receivers. Dressler, Smith, Adams, Davis...all out. Denmark and Mayo can only do so much. And yeah, why isn't Kolhert seeing any action. I actually forgot he was even out there.
  18. People, let's not forget most of our decent receiving Corp is injured. Nichols doesn't exactly have a lot of weapons at his disposal. I think he's doing pretty good considering what he's working with.
  19. Man some of these calls are absolute garbage. These ref's need to open their eyes.
  20. Ah ehm BEEZEE!
  21. I got a 58" LED Toshiba that I got a few years ago for under $800 at costco, no frills. Works great and had the best picture. I hate all this "smart tv" **** which ends up being a big waste after a few years because you can't use the smart features anymore because there are no more upgrades for the TV. I'm with some others, I don't have time to barter with people. Costco is my go to for buying TV's.
