  1. I enjoyed Warcraft. I hope they make enough to continue the series. It wasn't epic, but it was an enjoyable movie. Every once in a while I felt like I was back in the game. The lore is quite interesting for me, although I've never read the books.
  2. Food fuels muscle growth.
  3. Agreed, that movie looks like crap.
  4. Geez someone's Jonesing for Britney.
  5. Thanks for this Johnzo. I figured it was Anderson that was the one that didn't run that punt return back very well. I still think Flanders will win the PR spot over him. We'll see after next game.
  6. It's ok I didn't know either. I just wanted to say the Saskatchewan line.
  7. Psshh...yeah IC. Geez don't you know anything. What are you from, SASKATCHEWAN?!?!
  8. I remember him. How could you forget a name like Igwebuike. I was so proud of myself for being able to pronounce it back then.
  9. OMG.... LOL
  10. I hope they keep Mayo and McDuffie. They both did well last night. I liked Flanders and Anderson also did a good job. If I had to choose after one game, I'd probably go with Flanders. He just seemed to have some decent runs. Davis and Bennett did really well at QB. I enjoyed watching them both. Nichols, who we won't get rid of, was pretty meh out there. Veltung didn't really blow me away considering what was thrown to him. And who was it that ran that return near the end of the game and kept cutting across the field instead of just running straight up? Was that Anderson or McDuffie? I was quite impressed by a lot of the newcomers actually.
  11. Agreed, McDuffie did a pretty good job out there last night. I also liked Mayo at receiver. I'd like to see more of them both.
  12. All things must be serious, and non-nerdish!
  13. Yeah, I was going through the side streets the other day in St. Boniface, and coming towards one of those calming circles, and some guy crossing in front of me just blew through that thing like there was nothing there. Didn't even come close to slowing down. It's a good thing I didn't get there a few seconds earlier.
  14. And just to be really weird about it...
  15. Have you driven in Winnipeg before?
  16. Yeah I figured it helped out, it's just the people that still don't know how to use it that bug me. I couldn't imagine the idiots in our city learning to use a giant roundabout downtown. It'll be like Chevy Chase in European Vacation when they're in London and they keep going around and around because they can't figure out how to get out. This just doesn't scream "good idea" to me. I mean, people still don't know how to merge in this city.
  17. That's the one I was talking about that people still haven't figured out how to use. It feels like the people I'm behind are panicking and can't figure out if they should stop, go, put their turning signal on, or get into a fetal position and start crying. Mind you, I don't use it during rush hour, so I'm sure it's helped it out, but it seems whenever I use it, whoever I'm behind just has no clue what they're doing.
  18. Who the hell even needs to cross Portage and Main? Waaa...it's going to take me a whole extra minute to cross a street before and walk a little extra. Either put up some kind of a walkway or don't do anything at all. Winnipeger's already don't know how to work a roundabout. This will just confuse the hell out of them.
  19. Ali had an amazing way of thinking. He always had a positive outlook on his career and showed that believing in yourself is a powerful way to win. In his mind he was the champion before he even got in the ring. RIP Champ.
  20. LOL @FrostyWinnipeg . He's joking. DC vs Marvel. YOU'RE A WEIRDO FROSTY!!!
  21. It's a kickstand not a folding chair.
