Yeah with Steve Gutenberg. I almost didn't recognize him in the commercials. I don't watch those but I noticed him. JW, I still haven't seen it and won't until it's out on DVD. That and Terminator. Meh.

It's like the work they were doing on the overpass on 59 and #1. It took them 2 years to do that. How does that take 2 years to finish? They had to put up a bypass and new lights and everything...I call BS on that kind of thing.

Highway 15 needs it too. Inside the city and out. I can't believe they haven't doubled Dugald all the way down, so many people live in East Transcona now, Oakbank, Dugald, Anola, as well as people going to the Perimeter by going down that road. Dugald Road is so uneven on top of it. You know what I love the most. When they block everything off and then you see no one working in the construction zones for weeks at a time.

Around it, over it, whatever gets us through that dust bowl faster.

What's IdC? I've noticed some of the highways they've done recently suck. We were actually driving down number 10 going to the peace gardens and I noted to my wife that there was a long section of road that was super nice. I couldn't believe we were in Canada for a while there.

MAC or PC, it doesn't really matter. The parts inside them are fairly the same as far as hard drives and a few other components. It's luck of the draw if a part breaks down or not. I look after over 100 laptops and desktop PC's at work and most never have any issues.

This is what I mean. The **** they're able to get away with in Canada just blows me away. I remember watching Mike Holmes and him saying this kind of crap happens all over Canada. There should be laws for this kind of thing.

The world and especially sports cannot be viewed so such a black and white version of the world. There is a plethora of grey area to consider IMO. I guess my larger, over arching point is that this is still a sports league, where championships matter. No championships in 24 years, compounded with a really poor regular season record has left me with almost no fuse left for this team. And it sucks because I recognize that this club has improved and we're 2-2. So what's your point? Jesus, really? My point is that in sports it can easily be black and white when looking at championships. Especially in an 8 team league (for the vast majority of it). You can't possibly be that obtuse can you? Guys, Resurrection is just asking a question. He's not putting anyone down, just wondering how people feel about it. I've only been interested in football since '92 so I've never seen them win a championship yet. Personally it's hard. Especially since we've been in a few Grey Cups and lost when we should have won. You just have to hope for the best and enjoy the game. I mean, look at all the NFL teams that have never even won the super bowl. Or hardly ever make it to the playoffs. Yet they still get huge crowds going to their games. You just have to really enjoy the game and hope that they make it all the way to the cup every once in a while.

I wouldn't worry about anything on your computer wearing out. If something on your computer is going to wear out, it's going to wear out. Turning your computer off and on can wear things out. Not sure if I'd go with apple TV. You might be better off with the Western Digital media center or something like that. Apple products tend to only like things being run over iTunes.

One of the crappiest things about getting people to do work on your house no matter what it is. It's ridiculous what they're allowed to get away with when they are not good. My brother in law went with this guy to replace all his windows and gave him $6000 up front and the guy then went bankrupt. I'm thinking A) why did you go with someone that hasn't been around for a long time and B ) why the hell would you give him that kind of money up front?

Trainwreck looks like garbage. Ant-Man however, IMO, was amazing. I loved it. Good laughs, good acting, good action. This just became one of my top Marvel movies I think. And I'm not a huge fan of Paul Rudd either. I like him but his comedy is sometimes too stupid for my liking.

On the contrary that eliminates the QB sprint to the corner. You can't lump Marve in with Goltz that easily. For all of Goltz's faults... he was actually pretty money in the redzone (just couldn't actually get the ball into the redzone) Ummm....isn't that an oxymoron, like military intelligence or feminine logic? I think he meant that, when they were in the red zone, he could run it in for a TD, but he couldn't throw a TD pass to save his life.

As far as movies go I didn't mind Man of Steel. But it pales in comparison to Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy which I consider the best "comic book" movies ever made. Would have been perfect if they didn't get Christian Bale to utter his Batman lines in such a bizarre tone/fashion. As far as this one goes I'll give Affleck a chance, though I'm not sold on him. More looking forward to Fantastic Four this summer. Odd considering Nolan's Batman is as far away from an actual comic book movie that you can get. More of a crime movie with a guy dressed up as a bat then a comic book movie. And Fantastic Four looks like garbage. I'd rather watch the first 2 movies then this crappy reboot.

Right. I read about that as well. I know it's not the "real" trailer they wanted to put out, but I never thought this would really work that well without a hero involved. And I mean something more then just a Batman cameo if that's all it is. Something tells me the Joker isn't actually going to be a part of the Suicide Squad. I think he's going to be the wild card of the movie. The only thing I had wished for from this movie, was that Margot Robbie did the Harley Quinn voice from the cartoon. I think it would have just blown the fanboys away if she'd have at least attempted a higher pitch voice. Oh well. Darker only gets you so far though. You need a couple of laughs in these kinds of movies. I hope they don't make them too dark all the time. I don't want to watch a movie about people brooding all the time. You need some hope and happiness as well.

Looks pretty average so far. Nothing really stands out to me. And yes this is part of the same shared Universe that Batman v Superman movie is part of. So that is Affleck playing Batman in this movie.

Not sold on Eisenberg as Lex. Loving Affleck as Batman though.

I say it all the time, and I'm gonna say it again. They need to run the ball more. Look at what happened when they gave it to Marshall at the end. He just plowed through the field. They got 2 good backs and MB doesn't seem to know how to use them. But I'm glad they won nonetheless.
