I agree with the cell phone laws. It's one thing to be talking to someone beside you, but for some reason when people are holding a cell phone to their ear they suck at driving, and I see it all the time. Don't get me started on texting and driving. That's just beyond stupid. I've tried it a few times in the past and there is no way you are in control of your car when you're doing it, I don't care who you are. There is nothing so important that you need to be talking or texting while driving.

There must have been a change in process from when I was a school patrol as a kid. It never fails to amaze me how little structure the kids today seem to have. When I was a school patrol, it was treated as a privilage. And we had to stand at attention and look the part. And the process was cars had the right of way. If there was traffic, you held back the kids until traffic had passed. Even if a car stopped for you, we were to wave the traffic through. Worked pretty good for us. Exactly! I did the same thing. Now I watch these kids and most aren't even paying attention. They leave it all to the adult walking around. And I get why there is an adult walking around. Wouldn't want some kid stolen on the street. But they could do it a lot different. Have the adult out there supervising, and let the kids do the actual work. The adults are taking over and the kids are just standing there looking up at the sky. It's a good thing we're letting kids learn how to do things on their own. Wouldn't want them to gain any knowledge or learn how to live life without a handout or anything.

While we're on the subject, can I ***** about the old ladies in charge of the crossing guards and how they never let the cars through? I'm not talking about not letting the kids cross the street securely, or that cars have the right of way, I'm talking about these nut jobs that sits in the middle of traffic in a four way and holds up all traffic for every lagging kid that may or may not be crossing the street even though the kids are still 50 feet away from the four way. Hey, we want a no idle zone because we don't want to pollute the world, but let's keep all the cars sitting at a stand still because these kids who are still 20 second from arriving at the four way look like they may or may not cross the street. Luckily I don't have to deal with this, but I did one time because I had to go to my wife's work to pick her up early for something and had to cross through a school zone just as the kids were let out. I sat there forever while watching these women hold up traffic. NO ONE WAS CROSSING THE STREET but she deemed it necessary to hold everyone up because there were a few straggling kids (multiple times) that were coming towards the intersection and she decided to just sit there and wait for them while traffic just built up. I mean geez, let a few cars get through, every once in a while then open it up again once there's a good amount of kids waiting, don't just sit there holding up traffic waiting for every last child to come out of the school before you move.

They should have made it some kind or time of day speed limit. Speed limit 50KM/h, 30KM/h from 8-4. And yes, I agree. It's nothing but a money grab. I mean, how many fatalities, or even injuries, have their been in the school zones in this city? Wanna go after people, go after the pricks that are actually speeding and using their cell phones in school zones. Get off your lazy ass's and actually patrol the city instead of just sitting on the street corner asleep while letting your auto camera snap the "wrong doers".

I just want to say how much you guys in BC suck with your nice stupid weather and dumb mountains and how much I hate you. That is all.

We mostly use Netflix for the kids, but we'll sometimes use it during the summer when there's nothing else to watch. Also, for those who don't know, the new Daredevil TV show will be airing on Netflix only in April. It will be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for those of you who care (as in, it won't be split off like DC's tv shows). They won't cross over for a while, from what I've heard, but they will make reference to the other characters in the MCU. They will start with Daredevil, then the next show will be Jessica Jones, then Power Man and lastly Iron Fist (all made for Netflix). They will then team up the 4 characters into the Defenders tv show which will also air on, you guessed it, Netflix. They haven't started shooting Jessica Jones so I'm guessing these will only come out every 6 months or so, but they air all the shows all at once, so you can binge watch them if you want. Daredevil will have 13 episodes I believe, 1 hour long each.

The color in the photo was also on the dull side, I'm guessing we'll see a bit more of that color come out in the movie. The photo almost looked like he has white and black hair, but I think it's actually black with blond streaks. And I believe the green and yellow or orange on the armor will shine through a bit brighter as well. To me (if you know comics) he looks more like he'd be better suited for Marvel's Namor then DC's Aquaman, but that's just me. I'm not a big fan of his acting, but I'm sure he'll do fine. I agree, it also looks to me like they're heading in the right direction...I hope. I love Marvel more then DC, but I hope things work out for DC because I'd love to have a different genre of superhero movies to watch.

Because...money! They're making a movie universe and a TV universe. As a matter of fact they're making multiple TV universes. Half of the DC shows aren't even connected to each other. Gotham is not in the same TV verse as Flash and Arrow (and soon Atom with Brandon Routh), and apparently Supergirl will be in it's own TV verse as well (although that hasn't been fully determined yet). And there will be a Superman on the Supergirl show that will not be Henry Cavill. What I'm thinking that they may do in the future, is create a "Crisis on Infinite Earths" story line (this is a comic book storyline that fixed some issues in the DC comics that crossed multiple universes together to create one DC Universe) and cross over the TV universes with the Movie universe. That's just my theory. But that could completely confuse a lot of people. I dunno...it's DC. They aren't exactly very smart when making movies outside of the Batman franchise.

Woah...sounds interesting. But I think it may need someone with super powers in it. Maybe someone with some kind of radar sense or something. Otherwise I just don't think I would be interested in watching it.

Have I mentioned The 100? It's on it's second season and I love it.
