I don't get this lose those three games and we are out. Looking at the standings we are 6 points ahead of any team in the east. So what am I missing? Is montreal going to win any more games this year?

Brohm heading home? After the injury to Willy & the way he played? That tells me all I need to know. To be a starting qb in the CFL takes sacrifce. And if a player isn't willing to do that, well?? I know it's tough to be away from family but the season ends in less than 2 months & Brohm has 6 months to be with them then. I think that is the wrong decision. Don't forget the players made plans three weeks back for this bye week and most likely paid for tickets etc. I doubt it's last night that he decided to go home.

If he was trying to get to willy then he took the wrong angle to get him and ran straight into the ref. it's like he pushed him out of frustration.

I suppose, But i would think that they wouldn't trade burris until they are sure they have someone that can take over from them. Qb is one of the hardest positions to find (see bombers pre 2014) so trading away a proven starter and future HOF QB for a starting Cdn o-linemen is insane to me. Oline is very important but if you have Troy Smith (or clone) it won't matter who is around him. If your QB lacks accuracy or the ability to read a defence he is worthless.

How much does DD get paid? 200 000$ for 8 games is alot, plus whatever you have to give up to make it worth it for the red blacks. I don't see Ottawa trading Burris anytime soon.

The game against BC is close to a must win at this stage. not really.. there is always the east crossover. Hamilton and mtrl both have to win 3 games in a row and we have to lose 3 games in a row before we can't cross over.

But the team has double the wins it had last year, has a legit staring qb, a seemingly great head coach. This teams has a brighter future then it has had in the last three years? Grey cup champs yet?? No. But light years ahead of last year.

I don't care what happens in upper management as long as the team is profitable and is consistently winning or being competitive.

But it's also not going to last. Hamilton will get to play Montreal and Ottawa in the last part of the season, you think all those teams are going to stick at 1 win after that? Yes. It will be a tie and if it has to be broken the game will continue until after the grey cup is played( because they both suck)

Nice to point that out. Re Kromah, the issue is how will he bounced back from the injury. If he will regain his old form prior to injury it will be good for the Bombers. But I heard he wears a size 7 shoe. That has to be a concern. What size shoes do those other guys wear? I also hear he doesn't wear the q bracelet so he might be off center all game. Why aren't people asking the real questions like I am?

Jerseys don't make football fans, an entertaining product on the field and at the stadiums does. This is a cash grab plain and simple. you don't think some 5-10 year olds are going to think it's cool and want to go to a game? Hey, little 10 year old pull out your fat wallet & buy a $200 jersey. Oh wait. Right 5-10 year olds don't have that kind of money. But parents do and might pass on an xbox one, whatever else, to buy their kid a jersey. And kids jerseys aren't normally 200$

I don't think that "wanting it bad enough " is the issue. Otherwise no one would lose a grey cup game.Our team has issue with oline protection and run blocking. Our defense has issues with run blocking. Improve those these things and this team can win any given day. If not, if only a few things go wrong it will cost us some games. Are we the greatest team in the league? No. Have we improved tenfold over last year? **** yes.

i'm betting brink shows up and plays well.. Better then smith any how.. Brink had some good games for us. And lots of bad games.. But we had a really bad time/coaching staff as well. My Guess is Garcia likes Brink better, and well, he should know who is better after watching them. Then again maybe Garcia is trying to kill off all the competition so he can get back in the game.
