I don’t know. I look at that list and see a lot of potential...to work with a Trump administration. Quite unremarkable. Say what you will about Ambrosie but he’s presented a lot more ideas and pushed to have the League successful in different ways. Successful all the time? Heck no. But, he’s probably tried a lot more than half the names on that list put together. A sign of the times..

I hear you, but I have to think that money is accounted for by the advertisers. Could be gone, but who knows? People (well most anyways) are aware of the draw that CFL football will bring on football-starved fans. It’s an interesting topic that I’m sure will be discussed further. A hail Mary? Get Khari and Milt on it. And now to watch the Bomber game.

I think they have a basis for a plan going forward but their hands are still tied to each area/province and it’s restrictions, if they can get a firm idea as to when they can start a schedule, then they can move forward from there. It won’t be until past August so they do have a little time to factor in extra costs and the other factors the kindly Dr. ^^ has mentioned. (What he’s doing here and not on the front lines I don’t know😉) Some of these areas can be covered by studying the plans the NBA Raptors must have put forward, so there’s that. And the NHL must also have some useful info. This won’t be easy, but is it worth all the effort? You're damned right It is.

There’s no way they’d consider that price. That’s ridiculous. They would have to make the numbers work, but the lower the price, the more the fans would be in, but still it would have to be in conjunction with the advertisers.

But the interest is what I’m alluding to..and the interest would be there. Advertisers wouldn’t necessarily shy away from picking up an extra audience if TSN could co-ordinate these events to include them. Nobody has an exact answer, but bright ideas come about when backs are against the wall and I surely can see that’s the case here. I don’t know if it’s doable but rather than just saying no, figure out how we can say yes. Extraordinary measures for extraordinary times.

The prices wouldn’t have to cover everything, but just enough to get through whatever season length they come up with. It would have to be through TSN. They are sure to realize the ratings would be sky high, as evidenced by how many watched the CFL draft.

I liked this idea before and I like it now. Getting the American players here though, might be the biggest hurdle.

^^ It would seem to be the logical path to take for many, many countries, and that’s why most countries chose that way. This is real and frightening in so many ways and yet some people seem to want to push other, illogical paths to treat all countries the same way. It just can’t be done. There are loonies out there and I’m not talking currency. They’ll sift through dozens of articles to try and find some that make sense to them. Them, and their counterparts. Oh, and remember, YouTube may be fun, but it’s not always a good reference site.
