  1. I’ve seen this question before: Why worry about coronavirus when the flu kills many more people? The novel coronavirus is dangerous for several reasons, even if the number of deaths might not have matched that of the flu. Since this flu season started October 1, an estimated 24,000 to 62,000 Americans have died from the flu, according to CDC. Nationwide, the flu has infected at least 39 million people between October and early April. The first US case of coronavirus was reported in January, and the first US death from coronavirus was reported in late February. By April 16, the US had more than 639,600 cases (update 815,491) of coronavirus, and more than 30,900 people have died. (Update April 21 - 45,013) You asked, we’re answering: Your top coronavirus questions:https://www.cnn.com/interactive/2020/health/coronavirus-questions-answers/ Q*s and A*s relevant to what’s going on.
  2. I, myself, have have proven many alleged theories to be correct..beyond a shadow of a doubt. But every time I provide proof on Facebook, they’re mysteriously replaced by cat videos. So, every time you see a new cat video, rest assured in the knowledge that I’m silently working behind the scenes.

  4. “But it's all right. I'm Jumpin' Jack FlashIt's a gas, gas, gas”
  5. Well, in the immortal words of the President: “The president of the United States has the authority to do..what the president..has the authority to do.” What a quote..
  6. Doesn’t matter. He’s so far off the mark, he couldn’t hit anybody anyways. And, it would mess his hair. Can’t have that.
  7. Because this is their leader...
  8. I cannot agree with this line of thinking. IMO, the grocery stores are doing a pretty darn good job of regulating the amount of people in stores and providing a somewhat clean and functioning system. It would be system stifling to try to bring in enforcement to have people abide by some of these suggestions. Never mind the best use of law enforcement. And I have not seen a “free for all” as described. I can’t speak for other cities, but I like what I see in Windsor. The majority of shoppers are doing it right and the front line workers are being real champs. We don’t need an extra diversion, extra baggage at this time. And we’re getting closer to a somewhat more normal situation. It would force some shoppers to go to multi stores if they so need it, and who wants that? This is the time when everybody has to work together for the common good...for everybody, including Union workers.
  9. It’s interesting that when we watch news clips showing the US President and the Corona virus we get little clips of what is happening. Then, they have to break away, but they do say “more on that later”. Then...they have clips of President Trump...
  10. I don’t think Fernandez makes the top ten..
  11. We’re doomed..
  12. Now, wouldn’t that be nice..
  13. I stand by my stance that in-game interviews set up by TSN are the stupidest idea they have put out, a close second to having Rod Black as a PBP announcer. The cherry on top of this poor decision was the Grey Cup game. Highly embarrassing for the CFL, the fans, and I bet poor Keith was regretting the decision to go up in the booth. He’ll never do the CFL again. He might even write a half-assed half time song about that experience. “Urban Miss”
  14. It’s a really sad scene to see these little trumpets, pretending to be part of a collective who have a brain, publicly show their ignorance and not even know it. Another sad scene, for me, is that Michigan is just across the river for me...and they can get across.
  15. It took a bit of doing, but I managed to find an answer on one of Trump’s IQ tests. Another achievement by the would be King down south. He’s got all the answers after all...
  16. Is there any truth to the rumour that the President’s daily briefings are now going to be carried exclusively on the Comedy Channel?
  17. Truly, I think he should lead by example and show us how it’s done.
  18. Well, they’re all fired then!
  19. A nurse explaining the situation she just returned from and pleading people to stay home! It’s not comfortable to watch, but it is real.
  20. I’m almost at that point. Sad really, but it seems inevitable. It almost seems surreal. At the very least, we go through this after achieving our goal, and that was winning the league prize. They cannot take that away, nor attach an asterisk to it. It’s a clean, deserved win...and it’s ours.
  21. When people follow a corrupt leader blindly, it’s a terrible thing, but when supposedly intelligent people knowingly follow a clearly disturbed man, then it borders on criminal behaviour. If your not going to stand up for your fellow citizens, at least stand up for yourself.
  22. Scathing...
