Did you know... The Bombers were involved in 4 of the best games ranked in the CFL in 2019 https://www.cfl.ca/2019/12/29/ranking-10-best-games-2019/?fbclid=IwAR2B0C9TRb6wXvW-6TMBicQSci-mvdeVuVQFLtsewsoFvZM2-f5zsebMtrY And 3 of the top 10 plays in 2019.. https://www.cfl.ca/2019/12/30/timber-mart-top-10-plays-of-2019/?hootPostID=adb2a056e8c4638f70ca87fce262c4b9 Justin Medlock retrieving his own puntSayles int vs Calgary in the end zoneCollaros scramble TD pass to Adams I personally think there were more, but what do I know. I’m only a fan of the GREY CUP CHAMPIONS.

Yes, this staff likes to get things aligned and potential pieces are always debated and talked over. There’s more than 1 person involved although I doubt they’ll let LaPolice have any say anymore. Frankly, I’m not worried when they’re not leaking. Last year, when it became known we were targeting certain receivers (Posy, Burnham, and Walker) it became clear we weren’t getting them..for money. No sweat for us. No rings for them. They do know what they’re doing.

I think we have already been slam-pondering about the QB situation even before trading for Collaros. Ottawa sends a draft pick to Calgary for the right to talk with Arbuckle. Sound familiar? While we sit here and fret over our non-nickel plated QB, who knows the health of both Nichols and Streveler. All’s I know is we have to keep Streveler in the fold. Nichols will heal. Will he be effective? Who knows, but how many thought Fajardo would be so effective. Announcements will be coming faster and faster, but first....announce our OC. If it’s Buck, then they already have a good handle on it. If it’s not Buck, well then, the sky is falling, the sky is falling

This happens far too often that I can begin to describe, All teams get breaks and brain farts and bad calls. There’s always a lot of what ifs and questionable reffing. Huge plays all around, by both teams. Why are we the lucky ones? Seems to me, no matter how you look at it, if you win 3 games in a row against very good opponents, you must be doing something right. And that goal post thing? Who the hell knows what would have happened in the end zone. Caught pass, interception, great defensive play, dropped ball..etc. Why are we the lucky ones when one of our own players set it up by dropping a sure interception? I’m sure fans would have said what great concentration it was for Moore to catch that ball..But I also saw 4 Bomber defenders and 2 Riders in the end zone. Nick Taylor was right there. I try not to bring up reasons when we lose so I’m certainly not going to downplay games when we win.

On our way to the Eastern Final in Hamilton we visited Niagara Falls and of course, I took a bunch of pictures. What’s weird is that the pictures I took of the Canadian side were beautiful colour pictures, while the American side was black and white. This is almost true.. 😃

Exactly. I’m having a little trouble with directions here. Detroit should not be north of Windsor..It’s like Duron Carter being Captain of your football team. Just weird.

Kelowna is one of the most beautiful places to live in. It has everything one could need or want. Great climate, beautiful scenery and hardly any wind. You know, most people figure Windsor is associated with salt. I think the hint is in the first 4 letters of the name. It’s windier here. I don’t think it rivals Winnipeg for wind, but.... The climates are similar but Windsor has more humidity. Going from Winnipeg to Kelowna was an experience and moving to Windsor topped that. Windsor is bigger and more spread out so there is more car travel but I’m getting used to it now. Windsor is the most southerly part of Canada and is actually more south than Detroit, our neighbour. It’s weird. But at least I got to see the Jets play the Red Wings and the Eastern final between Hamilton and Edmonton. So far, so good..

2010 until present. 10 Grey Cups over the decade. 9 teams. Pretty even over the years. The results? Calgary - 132-46-2 record (74%) 2 Grey CupsTeam of the decade?Calgary appeared in the playoffs every year of the decade. They contested the Grey Cup on five occasions, winning it twice in 2014 & 2018.They appeared in the playoffs ten times and went 10-7 in playoff games.Edmonton - 94-86. (52%) 1 Grey CupThey appeared in the playoffs on seven occasions. Those post-season sojourns saw the Esks go 7-6.BC - they went 92-88 (51%) 1 Grey Cupand appeared in the playoffs on eight occasions. They will hope the next decade sees them improve on their 3-7 playoff record over that period.Hamilton - 88-92. (49%) During that run they appeared in the playoffs on 8 occasions. Hamilton’s post-season record over the decade was 7-8. Saskatchewan - 87-93. (48%) 1 Grey CupThey appeared in the playoffs on seven occasions and went 6-6 in those games.Montreal - 81-99 (45%) 1 Grey Cupand appeared in the playoffs on six occasions. They went 3-5 in those playoff games. The low point was not making the playoffs from 2015-2018 and going 3-15 in 2017.Winnipeg - 79-101. (44%) 1 Glorious Grey CupWhilst they have had some down seasons, Blue Bomber faithful will have enjoyed the consistency they have shown since 2016 in going 44-28 and finally winning the big one.Winnipeg appeared in the playoffs 5 times in the 2010’s (4 of those 5 appearances coming in the last 4 years). During that time they have held a playoff record of 5-4.Toronto - they went 75-105. (42%) 2 Grey Cups(Going 4-14 in back to back seasons in 2018 & 2019 really hurt those numbers). The Boatmen appeared in the playoffs on five occasions and went 6-3 in those games.Ottawa - The REDBLACKS only started playing in 2014. However following a 2-16 expansion season they went on a remarkable run.Between 2015 and 2018 the REDBLACKS made the playoffs every year, contested the Grey Cup on three occasions and won it all in 2016.Since 2014 Ottawa have compiled a 44-62-2 (42%) record. Poor seasons in 2014 & 2019 have badly affected those numbers.Legwork done by:http://ninetynineyards.com/2019/12/24/a-cfl-team-by-team-decade-review-2010-2019/ Editing done by: 10ant

With the release of Winston Rose today, it looks like he’s an NFL goner. Good for him...bad for us. Major contributor. 🏈
