  1. The lineup for all decade team is filling in very nicely. Can’t argue with too many choices here.

  5. Did You Know.. The Tiger-Cats have yet to sign any pending free agents to new contracts, and the list is full of star power and playmakers.31 players. As opposed to the Bombers’ 20 And Derek Taylor had rated Hamilton 1st in the way too early 2020 power rankings. (And the Bombers 8th)https://www.cfl.ca/2019/12/26/off-season-outlook-hamilton-tiger-cats-2/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter

  7. It’s funny you should mention that, as I was working on a theme for a Blue Christmas Card to send to Riderfans, but they wouldn’t understand the profound meaning behind itand besides...I don’t care#2019 You see how the Green just cant handle the Blue..
  8. “That stability at the top – and the successful results that have come from it – comes in at #7 on our Year in Review list of the Top 10 Bombers stories of the year.Returning O’Shea, who is the Canadian Football League’s longest-tenured coach, and Walters – the second-longest tenured GM to Calgary’s John Hufnagel – will be critical for the Bombers as they attempt to build on their 2019 Grey Cup victory. The Bombers were 3-15 the year before this regime took over, and then went 5-13, 11-7, 12-6, 10-8 and 11-7 this past season. Over those years, the working relationship between the three men – all former players – has evolved.“https://www.bluebombers.com/2019/12/24/year-review-stability-change/

  10. Oh yeah. Almost forgot:
  11. #8 in our year in Ed Tait’s review series.“we would soon learn about the 2019 Bombers as the playoffs opened was this: adversity doesn’t just build character, it reveals it.” Do yourself a favour, follow, and read everything Ed Tait puts out there regarding the Winnipeg Football Club. You will not regret it. He’s the best..
  12. The 3DownNation all-decade CFL team: specialistsCan’t argue very much with the fans’ choices for the first four players to be named to the 3DownNation all-decade CFL team.Just for the fun of it... Place kicker - Justin MedlockPunter - Rob Maver Returner - Brandon Banks Long Snapper - Chad Remplehttps://3downnation.com/2019/12/22/the-3downnation-all-decade-cfl-team-specialists/
  13. #Gophers #Vikings legend Bud Grant: “A good coach needs a patient wife, a loyal dog and a great quarterback. Not necessarily in that order.” ow.ly/vNYJ50xAiXg And I will add - (and a Streveler)
  14. Even though Beckham was messing with the media and kidding around, does this factoid even happen if the Blue Bombers first don’t get that attention by winning the CHAMPIONSHIP? #2019
  15. Did You Know... The Bombers took a big-time swing at upgrading their receiving corps in free agency and were among the highest bidders for the likes of Derrell Walker, Greg Ellingson and DeVier Posey before that trio instead settled on new homes in Toronto, Edmonton and Montreal, respectively. 👁‍🗨 (And have since regretted it)This year the Bombers don’t play more than two consecutive games against either division. The Bombers face the Stampeders and Eskimos three times, and will play every other team twice.
  16. Looks like Marshall Ferguson has been hanging out with Simoni Lawrence...
  17. You did cocaine? Was it a clean hit at least?
  18. I don’t know but remember, he loves us.
  19. Tait*er*Gems: Winnipeg had 31 pending free agents as ’18 came to a close. This year we had 25, 4 of which have been extended. Last year, they attacked that free agent group significantly: re-signing Adam Bighill, Nic Demski, Stanley Bryant, Jermarcus Hardrick, Brandon Alexander, Jesse Briggs, Michael Couture, Shayne Gauthier, Jeff Hecht, Jackson Jeffcoat, Justin Medlock, Thomas Miles, Chad Rempel, John Rush, Jake Thomas and Kyrie Wilson, and then Drake Nevis a few weeks into the proceedings. This year, so far...Hardrick, Wolitarsky, Maston and Neufeld have been extended Then we were hit by losing 3 Canadian starters...Loffler and Chungh to FA and Goosen to retirement. Also...Released : Chris Randle, Moe Leggett, Kevin Fogg, Jovan Santos-Knox, Tristan Okpalaugo and Ian Wild and the retirement of Weston Dressler https://www.bluebombers.com/2019/12/21/year-review-reloading-2018/ That is quite the list the Bomber lost and overcame. Can we do it again? I think so!
  20. Did You Know... ...that Winnipeg hosted a pre-season NFL football game in 2019? And hardly anybody knew? Does anybody remember?Let’s hope there’s a 28 drought before we host another one..
  21. Just one thing to say to Jefferson:
