  1. Darrin Bauming, TSN. (@DarrinBauming) Tweeted: Rashaun Simonise, released by the #Bombers yesterday, was set to make in the neighbourhood of $75k in salary this season, plus potential performance bonuses. The Canadian receiver was drafted 12th-overall in 2018.
  2. I always give the benefit of a doubt when there is doubt. I don’t know, but it seemed something was ‘off’ with Sherman. He seemed to be behind the curve, and now he admits it. The over the hill comment is unjustified, especially if there are other issues involved, but the man is 64 and we may be looking at something else here.
  3. I don’t know how far some of the released players will get before the injured lists are composed.. SBTP - stay by the phone.
  4. Nah. NFL does not stand None F**king Left.
  5. He’s been with the Bombers longer I would think..
  6. For all the question marks and angst surrounding these roster decisions l’m glad they found some way to keep Jake Thomas and Craig Roh..
  7. *Seven of this year's nine draft picks are either on the roster or PR. *I like what they did for PR players. My only preference would have been keeping McCalister somehow. On Mathews, I’d say yes, for the one game anyways.
  8. Also notable from the moves Saturday: – Two players who made at least one start were released in Corey Washington (three starts) and Tyneil Cooper (five games played). – Tariq Lachance, a sixth-round pick this year, was released. Of the club’s nine 2019 draft picks, seven are on the squad or practice roster: OL Drew Desjarlais (1st round, 4th overall); DL Jonathan Kongbo (1/5); RB Brady Oliveira (2/14); DL Connor Griffiths (3/25); OL Tui Eli (4/34); DB Nick Hallett (7/61), and DB Kerfalla Exumé (8/70). https://www.bluebombers.com/2019/06/08/45-man-roster-set-ahead-opening-week/
  9. They were also targeting Rush out of the backfield..
  10. Ok that’s 17 players released. Now I want to see the Practice Roster..
  11. I’m not sure forced to keep, and keeping good picks are the same thing..
  12. Even if they become superior receivers? Well then, who cares if he’s a jump ball wideout? Everybody’s disappointed when a high prospect bombs out, but that’s just what happened.
  13. But with others waiting in the wings, how long do you wait?
  14. You might say the shine is off Simonise...
  15. The CFL training camp cuts tracker: https://3downnation.com/2019/06/08/the-cfl-training-camp-cuts-tracker/ There is also the cfl.ca site but it is not up to date yet.
  16. No, we don’t need Coombs.
  17. Surprised at the release of Bennett. Who’s going to make that game saving tackle now? That McGuire kid must have made a huge impression on the Coaching staff.
  18. Huge disappointment. Everyone was pulling for this guy, but it’s not the first time he hasn’t backed up his potential with performance.
  19. How ironic..on player cut down day.
  20. Sherman...tanked All because he couldn’t get that damned microphone off..
  21. You know, I wouldn’t mind them playing that song “Eye in the Sky” by the Alan Parsons Project, to let us know the review is on..🏈😉
