I dropped out of school, kept training and when I found out about the regional combine I said, ‘Is there any way you can help me get into the regional (combine)?’ He said ‘For sure. 100 percent. It doesn’t matter whether/how WE perceive Nichols to be a leader and factor in our games. It matters that his cohorts follow his example and play to the best of their abilities. Until we see different, Nichols is the man. You don’t have to like him to back him. And from what I can see, his team likes him..
