Who says it's gotta be rock and roll? Nobody, I guess this is my own personal bias. I just find it annoying that they classify themselves as a rock act when it's not even close to rock n roll. Tweeny music. Is their any actual fans of "fall out boy" if someone can name 3 songs by this band without Google search I'll be impressed The half time show isn't for the people in the stadium. The last thing they want is people glued to their seats at half time. The half time show is for TV and that makes Fall Out Boy a perfect choice for their broadcast. I could get into a longwinded explanation about how bands like this or Justin Bieber etc. sell mega amounts of advertising because of the viewers they attract...but I will assume we all know that. My point is I don't think there are really that many "actual fans" of fall out boy. Certainly not enough to "tune in" to see them play the half time show. Who the **** cares that band you know a song from the radio is playing a show? No one. You want other people to tune in, book a real act.

No way.. if the kid can play come playoff time he needs to play. The GC is in Winnipeg and this is the CFL... 2 wins and you're in the show. This team just competed with Edmonton and Calgary down to the wire.. with Matt Nichols and marcel b. He gets half a mill a year to play, not sit on the bench. If we make the playoffs he needs to play.

I'm not going to lie I don't really feel bad for Lirim. I can understand the empathy, but seriously this is pro ball and the bombers needed to win this game. He blew it. Would have had a better shot with a high school kicker out there tonight

I'm not against bringing in walker. I thought I read in the paper CFL gms criticized the bombers offence for not having enough speed. There's some speed. There's no downside to this move

I like marve, but frankly I don't think he played very well. Always moving from the pocket is still clearly a run first QB, when he did stay in the pocket he took a long time to make a decision I found,unless of course it was a designed quick hitter. He also under through a couple balls (his int) comes to mind. He'll get better but if willy plays tonight, we win hands down. I liked the commitment to the run game but at the end of I was just wishing they would take a shot down field already. It seemed like they didn't want to throw anything past 20 yards

That's not a bad idea with Darvin Adams out a while. Agree on that. Problem is we dont use 4-import receivers. So it will be Moore, Veltung and Denmark. I thought there was talk of them going with Moore, Adams, denmark, veultung and kolhert at one point

Gotta say it's nice seeing a new stable of qbs in the league. . The past couple years we as CFL fans had to watch some growing pains. These guys can all flat out play now. My vote for now goes to collaros but drew is getting better and better. We got a real good pocket passer..

So I caught most of the practice. Brohm stood out amongst qbs today, Marve took reps behind Portis? Didn't see Willy do much but I did notice him trip over his own feet while trying to escape the pocket. That was pretty funny D Adams ran with first team. He looks like he's going to be a good one. Veulting also had a really nice catch on an out route to the sidelines. Denmark is the most polished receiver out there without a doubt. Saw willie drop a couple of balls today. Chris normad had a really nice catch in traffic, teammates congratulating him on the sidelines. Logan also had a drop that he should have had Veulting, Gordon, and Anderson all returning punts. Veulting looked to hurt his hand near the end of practice -Paris cotton looks real shifty, stood out for me today. -don unamba with a nice play in coverage to tip a pass to Jones for an interception. Didn't catch who threw the pass. it could just be me but honestly, our D looks small out there. Veulting, good or bad was noticeable out there. He is fast

Does he have a mental illness? Lazy? Can't commit? I can't comment any further as I really don't know. Just that he doesn't like to be out performed and has a bad attitude when things don't go his way. No idea what the reason is, and of course this is purely speculation. He may have left camp for a serious personal reason, for all I know. Why bother making all these posts regarding his character if it's "purely speculation?" Well I've been told this by a team ate of his who called him quitting the day he signed. I can't specifically say he quit because of poor attitude, but I thought it was worth noting that things like this seem to follow Kurt around. Who am I to say that's for sure why he quit? Maybe he had a serious family matter, it could be anything.
