Hey folks, Hope this is ok to post, if not MODs please remove. With the season just around the corner I thought I’d toss out the invite again for some Draft Kings CFL fantasy football. Last year was a lot of fun and we had a few Bomber fans from here join up and take home some cash prizes. Basic jist; - Draft a team using a fictitious salary cap - can select players from all four games during the week - entry is $5 per week and you only play the weeks you want to - leagues are generally 20-25 entrants (25 this week) with top five splitting the cash This is a great, low cost fantasy football option that makes watching some of the other games more enjoyable - at least that’s what we found. We have nine more spots for this week’s contest. We’d love to expand and get more regular players so if you have any questions let me know and if you’re interested the link is below. The city opened up the new Mosaic today for an open house walk through. Just thought I'd mention it as I know there's lots of Bomber fans in Regina this weekend that may want to take a look at it.

Congrats Bomber fans, you're going to love watching this guy play. He goes all out on every play, runs some of the crispest routes you'll see, has a nose for the soft spot in a zone, great hands and is as reliable as anyone in the league on second down. Take good care of this guy. He's also a priced very reasonably at $170,000.

Fair enough! I'll do my best. If the "trouncing" starts early I'll just head over to that rum hut and check it out. One other related question, are there any pubs/restaurants downtown that do bus rides to the game? Something like $20 gets you a beer/ride/burger etc?

LOL. Willy was a free agent. There was no need to "outright cut" him. Don't let facts stand in your way though.Drew was valued by the organization but it was plain as day one of Ottawa, Winnipeg or Hamilton would offer him two things Saskatchewan couldn't, more money and a legitimate opportunity to be a starter.

Hi folks, Rider fan coming on here in peace! Hoping for a couple bits of advice on getting to the game on Thursday in the easiest manner possible. We are staying downtown at the Holiday Inn on Portage and Colony. I was contemplating cabbing it from the hotel to McPhillips and taking the bus there and back and then catching a cab back to the hotel (cabs are usually plentiful at casinos right?). Given my location, can anyone let me know if this seems like a wise plan or if I am missing out on a better option? Thanks.

The season ticket packages went on sale in November. No one had any idea that Ottawa would need a home for their preseason game then. It really wasn't possible for the Riders to market this into their package unless the Red Blacks and league had the foresight to come to them 5 months ago.
